Great customer service. Got us on the schedule quickly so we could have floors prior to moving. Overall, we are very pleased. Carpet installation was efficient. Overall, all the installers were great, Bill, the owner was fabulous. He gave me great recommendations for a plumber to fix a water issue and for other work we needed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! My house burned down this past year. These people raised their quote three times, 30% above the original quote, and pushed my project off so it was 3 weeks behind. I paid 60% up front and the last time I found out the floors were not even in! They were just pushing me off so they could do more jobs during the holiday season, and they asked for another $974 !! I had to go back to my insurance company for it. ONE WEEK after the installation they began to harass me for final payment. I told them when the payments were going out and they called me at work and came to my home AND sent me financing agreements WHEN THEY KNEW WE HAD CASH! Their payment was made 22 days after installation and they threatened the day before to LIEN MY PROPERTY!! Horrible experience! Cost my insurance company 3 more weeks of rental! Put me under severe stress after a very tough experience. Heartless greedy company.

The entire project was well planned and executed. Patrice was very knowledgeable about different floors and carpet. Both the flooring and carpet crews were professional with a no nonsense applications. Furniture was moved and replaced with care and mostly in the right spot. I am very pleased with the final outcome.

Bill was very accommodating and helped us replace flooring that needed to be done quickly. He gave fantastic advice recommending products to help stay in budget and be appropriate for the area being worked on. The installer Carolina Flooring sent to our home was polite and professional, worked quickly and was very neat - throughout the whole process there was never a mess! We will definitely be using Carolina Flooring again!

I arranged for installation of Brazilian Cherry in the master bedroom and sand and coat in the rest of the house from long distance. Carolina Flooring met every deadline communicated with me every step of the way and the finished product completely exceeded my expectations. The estimator, Kate went above and beyond to help me through a difficult situation including making three site visits. Kate kept great communication through the whole process and she showed to me that she really cared - That matters in my book! The two guys that installed the floors were very professional. I paid these guys a small fortune for both carpeting and hardwood flooring. The carpeting was an easy job, and went fine, but they left the hardwood flooring job unfinished!! Whole boards werent even nailed down, schluters werent installed, big gaps in the floor, just a mess. To make matters worse, they left a huge amount of trash, debris, and boards behind. I left them multiple messages about this and Bill the owner repeatedly said hed look into it and get back to me. He never did.I thought it was strange that he wanted payment in full up front, and I shouldve listened to my gut. As soon as he was paid, he couldnt be bothered to even address the fact that the job wasnt even finished, and it took me hours to clean up after them. It was a bad experience all around.

The installers smoked so much around the wood, the floors in the two rooms smell like smoke still after two months. The flooring has damaged spots from the tools used to secure the flooring by the baseboards. We emailed to complain and not even an effort to come and inspect the install. I am asthmatic so the smoke smell has been an issue which I mentioned in their email. We hired this company before to install wood floors in master bedroom and that install was excellent with different installers. We will not hire them in the future for the carpet install we will need next year.
