Great customer service and very quick transaction. The cashier was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Wish I caught her name so I could leave it here because she was awesome.

Heather gets a special shout out as she was exceptional! Its busy Christmas season when I visited so lines were long. They moved quickly, and the entire staff was pleasant and festive!Heather helpes me save a few bucks with my options and was overall quite friendly. Everyone on staff seemed nice and happy - looks like a great place to me!

Friendly service. I had to wait a few minutes to ship a package and was greeted right away with a smile and assurance they would help me ASAP.

Went in to print off some documents from my phone. Was greeted by two women and they were very pleasant. I had never printed anything from a public place so she explained everything and helped me when I didn’t understand. Definitely feel better about coming here and printing off my stuff lol.

Stopped in around 7pm on a Monday night, I think his name tag said Lee was so helpful and courteous. he packaged my shipment and provided great customer service. When I called I spoke with a guy named Parker, he was very customer friendly as well.

One word: “Superb”, human face to face interaction.. I went inside the store today with just an idea in mind and left with what I exactly needed in hand .. nothing against the online business model but this is what FedEx brings to the game that online shops are not able to. All the staff are highly professionals but if a name is what you need ask for Parker .

Went in yesterday clearly made wrong assumptions with my online order. After explaining my hiccups. The team gave me grace and made it right for our fundraising event! I will bring all my printing needs to them !

5 stars just because of Fedex customer service Associate Bree. She is Patient, Super friendly with customers. I came here and spent time for 3 hours on printing, scanning important documents. She was very active and supported me throughout. Ill visit here more often. FedEx must hire employees like Bree. Keep up the good work! Cheers 😊

The manager of this branch is a rockstar and his staff matches the standard!I needed business cards to be made before an emergency business trip; the staff called me multiple times to adjust the template I had submitted so that the cards would turn out to meet my expectations.The staff worked with me remotely over a period of a few hours, calling me personally to inform me of any needed corrections!I am very happy with the way this office is ran!

Literally in line for 30 mins and no help on the way. Two employees working with the same two people since I got here. I just want to mail an envelope...

The women couldnt have been ruder. Was ignored for like 10 mins. Had important papers that I needed scanned asap they made sure to let me know they didnt care. Will never use this location again

Highly upset that I requested a package to be delivered on certain day latest the next day and wouldn’t mind paying extra fees. But, Ms. Dementria didn’t make me aware of any further details about my package being delivered 3 to 5 business days later or that there was a cutoff time. She just stated it’d get there on time. Next time, please be specific with details instead of rushing someone.

Bad Customer service. Always low staff. Manager was just standing on side watching 5 people in line with one person helping.

This is the worst FedEx. Ive been packaging things the same way for 15 years and every time you go there the person behind the counter says it needs to be packaged another way. Constantly changing staff and no one knows what theyre doing
