I cant say enough good things about my experience being hired at Spherion. I was hired as a temporary contractor for a pharmaceutical company. Unfortunately, the job didnt turn out to be a good fit for me, but it was purely for personal reasons and doesnt reflect poorly in any way on Spherion or on the company for which I briefly worked.Im trying to finish my undergraduate education, and simply couldnt find the balance between working my job and my schoolwork. Again, it is purely a personal issue; I dont even think other people who are also getting their degree wouldnt be able to do the job they put me in alongside their schoolwork. Im on the autism spectrum and have trouble focusing on more than one task and switching focus between tasks, so having a full-time-plus-overtime job along with being a full-time student just didnt work for me personally.The job Spherion put me in suited my interests and my work style very well. They were just as enthusiastic and excited to place me in a job as I was to be placed in that job. They showed genuine care and support the entire way and were very communicative the entire time. My first day of orientation, the co-founder of my Spherion branch met us outside the building. What other employment agency does that?Overall, I had nothing but positive experiences with Spherion from start to finish. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Theyve earned all five of these stars.

They work FAST. the people were very friendly, very kind, and they got me a job basically the same day. Also the boss lady wearing glasses said I was dressed nice, which yea seems like a pretty small thing, but it boosted me up lol. I have a tad bit of anxiety so that helped me a lot to truly relax.Also the guy working the computers, Kam is his name I believe, he will work with you to get you the best job he can. I was coming in from out of town, and he personally figured out how far I was from the work site and then quickly found another one, so that my commute to work will be a quicker one.And they have free peppermint for clients!This agency was definitely the best Ive ever been to.Calling them the best temp agency in the state may seem like an exaggeration, but give them a shot, and I think youll also find yourself thinking similarly.
