I have been absolutely amazed by my experience with Nextaff. The four women I worked with are professional, knowledgeable and insightful. Brittany and Rachel both took significant time to get to know me, my professional background, and other traits in order to help me find the best opportunities for my professional growth. In addition, they provided invaluable advice as far as the resume and interview process continued. They are not just trying to staff a good fit for the company but they want to make sure it is the best fit for both the employee and the company. I would highly recommend working with them.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. At the very least having some decorum when engaging with prospective job seekers is a common courtesy. Please beware of this staffing agency.

I’ve used staffing agencies years ago, so I felt I had an understanding of how it all works. With relocating to Raleigh, it seems career options are endless, but can be overwhelming, so it felt unreal to have an actual team to tend to my job needs and educate me along the way, but that’s Nextaff!!!!! Saying they were helpful was an understatement! I can literally say that everyone in the office played a role in getting me staffed, & made me feel excited about it. Everyone at Nextaff was courteous and professional. I applied to a few jobs with Nextaff during my job search.The meeting with the recruiter is very detailed and comfortable. They really take the time to get to know you and help you find what you are looking for. Brittney called me a day before my interview to help prep and give me some times.I was very grateful for the follow ups and prep!

Friendly staff. However, they were either unable or unwilling to get me placed. I took exams relative to the field and felt like my time was wasted between that and the interview. No follow ups to see if I was still searching, etc. Communicating is important and this is where they dropped the ball for me as an agency.

I made the mistake of not working or doing any internships while I was in college, so I had the education, but I lacked the work experience that employers want to see. Nextaff helped me gain the valuable experience that my resume was missing, and now Im starting a full-time permanent position tomorrow morning! If you know youre a hard worker, but you need experience to get experience, you can count on Nextaff to help you move forward with your life. Thanks again, Nextaff! Youre awesome.

Unsupportive and if there is any miscommunication they will side with their customers and leave you out to dry.

Not very good in finding assignments and following through with communication. Do not seem very knowledgeable.
