Did a terrific job assisting me with my job search. I had dealt with several other staffing companies and did not have a good experience until I worked with Corinne at Frankel Staffing. Honestly I wouldnt work with any other staffing company in the future.
I had a really great experience with Frankel!
I guess in life everyone embark upon different experiences. You experience with Frankel was good - mines was bad. I first moved to the Raleigh area 2 years ago. I was okay with jus about any position to get on my feet. I applied with Frankel Staffing and it was as if I was a ghost. I would contact my representative, Julie and NO RETURN CALL or email correspondences. Needless to say, I would more than likely NOT refer this staffing agency to a friend or family member.
Avoid like the plague. Frankel claims to be willing to help you find a position matching your skill set, however all you are likely to get are a bunch of emails that say:Thank you for writing. While your credentials are impressive they will not work for this particular position. The client has several candidates whose most recent roles are almost identical to the position here and will likely go in that direction. I would be happy to hold onto your information and keep you posted as other suitable positions develop. I appreciate your interest.Copy pasted listless responses that do nothing but show disrespect and detachment. I interviewed with Frankel to do a skills inventory and have tried to find a job through them for the better part of half a year. I have NEVER received a callback, NEVER received an email that was not the above mentioned, and NEVER received any support via phone or email. I called them to ask if I was doing something wrong and it basically came down to, We dont need you. Unless your credentials EXACTLY match their requirements, dont bother, they wont help you. Even if they DO exactly match, as mine have in the past, you will still likely get that same email over and over again. Frankel has shown nothing but disrespect and disregard for my time.
I was so lucky to get to work with Holly at Frankel Staffing. They review and match the job with you very carefully so you wont be wasting your time going through multiple interviews with no real good result. I got contacted by Holly regarding the position she thinks Id have a great chance, and get me into interview in less than 2 days. After that, she walked with me along the way through 3 interviews with preparing my interview, reminder on the day of the interview and answer any questions in my best interest. Ive finally landed with my dream job, all thanks to Holly!
Throughout the entire search and recruitment process, the entire Frankel Staffing Partners staff - at every level - was engaging, encouraging, and genuinely cared about helping me to find a good-fit position. I highly recommend this group to anyone in need, and would use them again without hesitation.
Very grateful for Frankel Staffing and Rosie and Joy. In October, I wen to them searching for a new contract. Within two weeks, they found me a very short term replacement assignment for a few days. In between this, time, I went on one interview for a company that though I was not a good fit for them and vice versa, they did secure an interview and also contacted me about other potential resume submissions. Within a few weeks, they called me back to work for about a month at the same short term assignment again! I was so grateful. Had it not been for them, I would not have been working during my off-time. I ended up receiving a permanent offer with another organization that I could not resist BUT Frankels assignment during this time was so helpful. The assignment was actually befitting for this time and the location, hours, and pay were spot on! If I ever find myself looking for work again, Im going to Frankel first.
I could not be happier with the staff at Frankel. It took quite a few job interviews to get me the perfect fit but they always got me interviews for the things they knew would fit into the range of skills that I had plus the salary I was looking to maintain. Absolutely wonderful and hard-working people. Highly recommend looking to them for your next job search.
Frankel Staffing is probably the best around. What I really appreciate about them is that they want to make sure that the placement is a great fit for the employer and the employee. They care to create long term relationships, not just place someone for the sake of placement. They are honest. If they dont have something at the time, they tell you. Not only did I find my dream job with Frankel, but my new employer has had such success with them, they will only use Frankel from here on out. The entire staff is courteous, efficient and people focused. You cant ask for better! A+
Placed me on a job two years ago, i love what I do and love the atmosphere and people I work with.
I have loved working with Frankel. They brought me in and encouraged me as I was changing careers and didnt know what I had to offer. Since then, the entire team has supported me through my growth in skill and confidence. Ive had regular placements in a variety of interesting work environments and met great people along the way. I could not have asked for a better agency experience!
While spending my summer at home from college, Frankel Staffing placed me in a perfect temporary position that fit perfectly with my summer schedule and the amount of weeks I was home for. I was placed into this position very quickly after my interview with Frankel Staffing; everything went very smoothly. The recruiters did a great job checking in and making sure that my experience with the firm they had placed me with was going well. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend this team!
Great experience with Will Barfield! He asked me on day one what I was looking for in my next role and and what would make ME happy! He lined me up with many interviews quite quickly that fit my skill set very well. When it came down to the end, I was choosing between a company he arranged and an external company I had applied for. He gave me unbiased advice and I cannot thank him enough for his help. Will genuinely cares about his candidates and I will most definitely recommend him to anyone that I know.
I think the 3 years or so Ive been with them theyve helped me with one job. Sometimes it depends on whos working with you that depends on whether youll get placed in something or not. They tend to pick and choose who they want for certain rolls . Speaking for myself its been hell as a male in the HR/Admin field to get work here in the South. Ive been told Im not a match for what the employer is looking for even when Ive done the exact job before...so then you start to wonder what the real agenda is.
Frankel Staffing is professional and easy to work with. They have placed me in my last 2 direct hire positions (the first company went into financial trouble and I left before the ship sank). Lee and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and they get results. Im surprised at some of the other reviews here, but have a feeling that those who have not had success here do not have the professional skills that Frankel bases its reputation on. Although it took some time for me to find the right position, Lee always checked in with me frequently via phone and email. When I didnt like a job offering for some reason, we quickly moved on. I have recommended Frankel to a lot of people and will continue to do so.
I have had the most pleasant experience with Frankel Staffing. I have interviewed with over half the staff in my ploy to become an internal employee. Although I wasnt the right candidate I was given feedback that helped me afterwards. A lot of my work experience is comprised of contract positions and Frankel played a vital role in helping me obtain most of them. They took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in a position and would match me perfectly. Whenever I was between contracts, I went to them first and they always had a position with my name on it, whether I took it or not. They are my first recommendation when friends are looking for employment and they will always have my support.
This past May, I decided to move back South after spending a year working for a large technology company up in the Greater Boston area. Knowing that I wanted to come into a smaller, more tight-knit company culture and environment, I was faced with a significant challenge: finding a starting point.Pulling my information from Monster, Will and the Frankel Staffing team were able to provide me with a short-list of small to medium sized technology start-ups that were not only within my geographic area of choice, but also fits in the product, personality, and profile categories -- all with one quick introductory call. After interviewing with said companies, I was able to find employment within a matter of weeks, with a company I continue to learn and grow with everyday. I highly recommend Frankel to anyone looking for guidance in maneuvering the vast and intimidating job market today. Not only will they assist you in the pursuit of an ideal position -- they will do so with your best interests in mind.
I am a recent college graduate (Fall 2012). Prior to Frankel Staffing Agency Ive experienced over 45 job interviews, and have filled out over 90 job applications. Unable to land a professional full time position, I decided to build my experience from the ground-up. Months after graduation I accepted a door-to-door marketing position (high in experience, very low in compensation). A few months later I decided that bills were piling up and I would have to sacrifice my job experience for increased pay. Therefore, I began serving at a local restaurant to pay off debt as I continued to job search. While searching the web for job openings, I ran across Frankel Staffing Partners. Within weeks, they had two job interviews lined up for me. These interviews were in the field of the profession I was ultimately seeking. Unable to land a job from those two interviews, I asked Tonya Butler (an amazing recruiter from Frankel) for some advice. I asked questions such as: Did the companies offer any reason why they didnt choose to hire me? Would you offer any advice to improve the way that my resume is presented? Are my interviewing skills satisfactory? What could I improve?. After our conversation, Frankel landed me another job interview about a week later. Feeling confident, and prayerful for an opportunity I was offered a position with a prestigious organization. Thank you Frankel!
Had one interview with potential employer. Did not get position which i snot a big deal. was told they would help set up other interviews but it took alot of follow up. eventually was placed in a position that was supposed to be temp to perm. The position ended strangely after a shot amount of time, and i was never given an explanation. i continued working with the agency but no phone calls were ever returned and eventually i moved on. I was told that i was going to have an interview with a company which never happened. I later applied to this company on my own and was given and interview.
I would not recommend utilizing this recruiting company at all. I submit a resume, they stated my resume was not attached and if they had bothered to scroll down, they would see it was clearly attached. I sent yet another email, once again attaching my resume, only to receive a reply to include my phone number. I am rather perplexed considered my phone number is on my resume, cover letter and was included in the body of the email. Rather unprofessional services
I have worked with Frankel Staffing over a number of years and every single interaction I have with them reinforces for me what a top notch staff they have providing best-in-class service. What stands out is their honesty, respect and keen ability to find the right fit. True quality.
I’ve applied to multiple jobs over the course of two years with this company and I have yet to be submitted for one job. I even emailed the recruiter to ask them what am I missing here, should I change up my resume etc and I have yet to receive a response. I don’t apply to jobs that I know I’m not qualified for. So to have been in the HR/Admin field for the last 12years, prior service military (veteran) and overall very knowledgeable, it’s very disappointing to apply for 10-15 jobs at one time and not be submitted for one. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I have been trying to get employment with this staffing agency since last year. I’m so thankful that I’ve been given the opportunity to gain work experience with other agencies who contract with the state and are not prejudice. They are very discriminatory at frankel & staffing, I have a bachelors degree and an associates degree and OVER 5 years of experience in administrative/clerical skills. I qualify for most of the clerical jobs that I applied for and they still decide to hire “specific” candidates for these positions. I even went to the office and was shunned. I would never reach out to this agency again.
I had a bad experience with Frankel Staffing and would not recommend them. After I submitted my resume in response to an advertised position, I was contacted by Frankel’s recruiter, Tonya Butler. Strangely, during our brief conversation, Ms. Butler asked me no questions whatsoever about my work experience, expertise or education. She said she would submit my resume to the company and would be in touch very soon to set up an interview. Weeks passed, and I contacted Ms. Butler; I received no response to my e-mails, nor to voicemails that were left for her. When I finally managed to get her on the phone, Ms. Butler was full of excuses and said she was working on setting up an interview for me. More weeks passed, and I heard nothing from Ms. Butler. I did, however, learn from a source that the company had finished interviewing and hired a candidate to fill the position, who had already started work. When I contacted Ms. Butler, before I could say that I knew the position was filled, she acted as though the position was still open and said she would be in touch soon to set up an interview. She hung up before I could ask her how she would arrange for an interview for a position that was already filled and why she wasn’t being truthful with me. Tonya Butler is dishonest and evasive and is lacking in professionalism, respect and common courtesy. Please seek out other agencies for your job search; no one deserves to be lied to and treated as poorly as I was by Frankel Staffing.
Frankel Staffing Partners went above and beyond all my expectations as a firm. This was my first time using a staffing agency so I was unsure of how the process worked but their friendly and helpful staff were of great assistance. They always answered my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Their assessment test was fair and provided them with the information of not only my computer strengths, but of my all-around comprehension of office procedures. They then used this to describe my abilities and market me to interested companies. My particular agent, Samantha Testa was incredible. She was sweet, knowledgeable and advocated for me from the first step of the interview process. After working with Frankel I would definitely recommend them to others as well as use them again if the need ever arose!
Frankel Staffing is a best in class firm. From the company associates to the firm partners, everyone truly cares about helping you in your career. From resume building to interview strategies, they are a full service staffing firm, with one goal, to help you land the perfect job.
I have had my resume and tests taken since April. I got calls about jobs I would be perfect for and told my resume was sent. Couple weeks after each offer, I had to be the one to call and was told they backed out, didnt need anyone anymore, etc. I emailed several times saying I was still needing a position and concerned I had yet to work one day, as I had received several assignments from a previous firm. A couple months ago I was finally told they were a smaller firm and I was welcome to try other firms.
I have never used a staffing company, but I am glad I used Frankel. Lee and Kelly were professional and welcoming. They helped me find a position that was a perfect fit. Thank you Lee!!!
I was interviewed at Frankel Staffing by Samantha. She was very professional and she submitted me for a position that was suppose to be a temp to perm position. i interviewed with the company and I was offered the position. After working with the company for 4 weeks, I had a 30 day review with my supervisor who provided me with excellent feedback and told me I was doing an excellent job and learning the information quickly. Exactly 2 weeks later, I received a call from Samantha at Frankel Staffing, Approx 30 mins after I had gotten off work, and was told that the company has decided to end my assignment, When I ask what the reasoning was, i was told by Samantha that the company stated I wasnt learning the info as quickly as they had hoped. When I explained to Samantha that their reasoning was a contradiction to what I had been told by the company 2 weeks prior, she replied that it does not make since and this in no way shape or form effects my relationship with Frankel Staffing. Its been almost 2 months and i have never heard anything else from Samantha or Frankel Staffing. I have since then moved on and looking for work with another agency who has been absolutely wonderful. Although Samantha was a very kind and professional recruiter, I feel as though she should have pressed the company for a more efficient reason for my assignment ending. I dont think I will ever use Frankel Staffing again because they have shown me that they really dont care about their recruits.
I still havent been placed for a job. They claim on their website that they will not waste your time. But I wasted 2hrs there on an interview and several assessments to never get one single job. The jobs I applied for once I finally heard back from my recruiter, she told me the jobs we discussed in my interview were all gone. They either filled the job on their own, cancelled the order, or disappeared. I was so disappointed that I started searching their website daily for other jobs which I was told once I applied that the jobs that the clients decided not to hire for the positions. I finally turned to looking for employment on my own through Craigslist and received an email from someone at Frankel (different recruiter) that she had position available for me and surprise surprise it was one that the other recruiter told me was filled, disappeared etc. I finally told them that I was done with their games and wanted nothing more to do with them. Very unprofessional in my opinion and definitely a WASTE OF TIME.
New to NC, I found Frankel Staffing through job postings on Craigs list. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and completely unfamiliar with the market. While I had a couple of recruiters I was working with, I gravitated towards Julie Cocking. She was smart and took the time to get to know me and made an effort to understand my needs instead of forcing me to interview with companies there were not a mutual fit. Through a combination of her experience and connections, I was able to land my dream job – not an easy task by today’s standards. After an eight month exhaustive search, I was ready to throw in the towel. Instead, I visited the Frankel web page and found a posting for a job close to home. At this point, I thought I had nothing to lose. I sent an email and Julie got right back to me and submitted my resume and got me the interview. Once I met, what was to be, my future boss and learned more about the company, I called Julie and told her this was the job for me! I asked her to do whatever necessary to make it happen, even though the salary range was lower than my requirements. When I finally got the offer and saw that she negotiated the salary substantially higher, I was delighted. I accepted the offer on the spot. Needless to say I’m very happy with the position, company and my colleagues. Things could have not worked out better. Should I need to hire more staff or be back out in the job market, I would definitely use Frankel – they exceeded my expectations.
While the staff is very friendly, they have never gotten me a job. Different staff members have called me about jobs 6-7 times, I say I am interested, and I never hear another word. Not quite sure what is going on.
Frankel appears to be nice, but they only help certain people. I have been trying to get a job since 2007. They will not return calls or emails. Even if a person is a DIRECT fit for a position, they still seem to have their certain pick to submit. This company should be reported to the EEOC.
I went in for a interview like a week ago. Everyone was nice and professional and got assigned a quick job for the day.
Love this agency, i got the job i have now because of them !
