I am a property manager in Raleigh and this is the first time I have had to deal with Elevators. Schindler is who my contract is with. The customer service is terrible. They never show up when they are supposed to and when I call to check on it they always say, so weird, we dont have an open ticket Make sure you get a reference number every time you call something in!! My elevators will be out for weeks sometimes before I can get them out!!
