The staff were very professional and courteous. The facility was a bit older but the location was clean and the proctors did a good job not disturbing the test takers. I am very sensitive to sound and they provided ear plugs (couldn’t bring your own) and over the ear headphones that blocked ALL sound.

The testing center was locked when I showed up to take my test. No one answered their phones and now I have to try to get a refund and schedule the test again (never here obviously)

The door was not unlocked on time and the secretary who checked each of us in was cold and snappy. She complained because she was not familiar with the Raleigh Pearson Vue center, not our fault. Caused additional stress and anxiety but not holding responsibility for running late and having a smooth check in process. The woman who did the security check was wonderful. Facility clean however, they need to be stricter with how much noise they allow people to make while testing. Even with ear plugs I could still hear the person next to me constantly rustling around.

They charge more to pull my fingerprint information than the place that actually takes the fingerprints and submits for the information to be released....

The center has definitely improved since those earlier reviews. The staff was very nice and wished me luck. The center was clean and very quiet.

Cancelled my exam a week before without any warning or explanation

Everyone who worked here were great and super friendly.

They are very restricted and at the end of my exam they should give me the result . she looked at my result before given to me, even i was passed the exam, and its very narrow place . i dont like that place and staff is not good too

Rude and unprofessional staff, particularly the secretary Ms. Harris. It wasnt clear that I would be reporting to a testing center that handled multiple, simultaneous testing sessions for different agencies, and I was treated like a moron for not indicating that I was reporting for an NCEES exam. Agreed with the other reviewers. Avoid testing here if possible.
