I have had nothing but great communication with this company. Just remember that pre-orders mean that you are pre-ordering merchandise that has not yet been released. Makes sense to me. I havent even received my items yet because two of them are pre-orders. I completely trust this company, and just got a notification along with a tracking number telling me that they have just shipped. Also, its really cool that they are only an hour away from me, so my mailed items wont be going through too much handling to get here to me. If my favorite band prefers to sell their merchandise through this company, then I feel the same way about them too! The sales representatives are nice, honest, and very informative when it comes to communicating back and forth with any questions about your orders or any other merchandise that they sell. I highly recommend Kung Fu Nation.
I ordered a vinyl as a gift and it didnt get to the recipient. Rather than send another one, Kung Fu is choosing instead to go through lost mail and the post office. I ordered this in March and it is now October and still no product. If they had better customer service, I would think they would send a new vinyl, then track down their loss on the other end. I will not order from them again.
I emailed their customer service because I was worried I wouldnt receive my order for Christmas. The postal service was running very slow due to COVID but Kung Fu updated me with tracking info and the package arrived well in time.
Items available are of poor quality for the cost. Ordered a Christmas present on 11/30 and it didnt arrive until 1/2/21.
Michelle was fantastic in helping me replace a defective item! 10/10 would recommend a friend to order a broken item so they could experience her wonderful help. Keep on fighting, Kung Fu Nation!!!
Ordered Avett tshirts in mid November. Pricing problem on their end delayed order. That was resolved December 2. Order never shipped for Christmas while they were eager to charge my credit card at the time or order rather than shipping date. They get 1 star for a quick notification of a refund. Disappointing.
Great customer service. I spoke with Michelle over the phone within hours of placing my order, and she was extremely helpful. She was very responsive via e-mail, and I received notifications throughout the processing of my order. Michelle and her team went above and beyond.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Waited a month for a dispatch confirmation that I didn’t receive. I ended up contacting them to ask where my package was. Turns out one of the tshirts I ordered was out of stock so they were sitting there with my money doing nothing. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. Why bands get them to sell their merchandise, I will never know.
