I have ordered from East Coast Engraving a few times. I have been so happy every time. The site is easy to work and has plenty of options. I was amazed how quickly I received my custom items!!! The quality of the items is excellent! I was not sure of the color for my decals and the customer service was able to help me create the perfect item. I ordered from Eastcoast Engravings through Etsy under the assumption I’d have gotten a mailbox along with the decal. No mention of them not adding a mailbox in the order in the description. They chose to fraudulently exhibit their work to include mailboxes to attract customers.My $20 is wasted, and my first order on Etsy was made out to this company.... And I now will never order through Etsy ever again.Work wasn’t even good too. Waste of my money.
