I appreciate the convenience and professional results of Canvas on Demand - its my go-to source for canvases, and I have tried others. Our house is beginning to look like a studio! My favorites are ones Ive generated from our kids weddings - they get so many beautiful pics so its a challenge to narrow down favorites. I end up using PowerPoint to make a custom background collage, save as a PNG, then upload to the site - about 10-14 days later, UPS arrives with the finished products. Ive never been disappointed!

I have purchased canvas prints from Canvas on Demand as well as others. I can say hands down Canvas on Demand produce the highest quality and best product of any I have found. You wont be disappointed! The edges are always sharp, the black back has an added feel of quality. The only thing I would like to have back is the ability to wrap my images around the sides of the canvas.

I set it up under the wrong photo and the next day I had sent a contact email with the correct wishing it will be corrected. Amazingly they delivered the correct canvas photo early! That’s impressive! Rural delivery too!

I dont normally post Google reviews (this is my first one) but I thought it was important for buyers (even repeat customers) to understand the quality of the print they are receiving through Canvas on Demand before deciding to purchase their products. This review only applies to canvas prints. I have not tried their other products. I selected Canvas On Demand to print several underwater images as canvas prints that I intended to resell through my company as high quality artist prints. They came highly recommended to me through another friend who is a professional photographer as she has been using them for years. I purchased six different canvases with five different images using a Groupon. To my dismay, you could only purchase one print at a time using the Groupon and were charged shipping for each order. The shipping cost for me was $14.99 per print. I then visited their site to see what the cost would be without the Groupon. When I did not use a Groupon, the shipping cost to the same address was only $9.99. It appears that they are trying to recoup the Groupon discount by increasing the associated shipping cost. I understand Groupon has a discount requirement that companies have to meet and increasing shipping is a way to get around it but I ended up feeling manipulated. All said, I only saved $3 per print with the Groupon when compared with the regular discounts and shipping cost available direct via the website. When I received the prints, I found the print quality to be good for the images but was astonished at the poor quality of the construction of the canvas print. The canvas was sloppily stretched over a cardboard frame. The canvas was cut very short, the corners were not neatly folded and the black backing did not cover the edges of the canvas. In addition, on all six prints the black backing was attached so that it was crooked. Overall, the construction for all of the six prints is sloppy. In addition, very little packing material was used to protect the prints during shipping and two of the them were damaged in transit. They had dents or ripples in the canvas due to damage to the unsound cardboard frame. I have requested that they be replaced and have been told by Support that they are being reprinted for me. I followed up with my friend (the professional photographer) to discuss the quality of the prints and she was surprised to see the issues I described. She showed me a picture of a canvas print that she had printed by Canvas On Demand years ago and I was impressed with the quality. It had a sturdy wood frame, the canvas was stretched and finished nicely at the corners and the black backing was perfectly fitted and straight. Unfortunately, it seems that there has been a dramatic decrease in production quality since she had her last prints made with this company and my recent order. Overall, this is a case that demonstrates you get what you pay for. If you are okay with cheaper construction in order to receive a discounted purchase price then you will be pleased with the quality of the image printed. Unfortunately, for me, the quality of the printed image does not make up for the poor construction. Due this issue, I cannot resell the canvas prints I purchased as high quality artist prints. It is a loss for me and I will be using a different vendor in the future.Summary:Pros: Print quality & seeming willingness to replace damaged productsCons: Increased shipping cost for Groupon orders, sloppy construction of canvas prints, & low quality packing material to protect product during shipping

The canvas turned out better than I expected! Its definitely one of the best that Ive purchased. Ordering was easy, shipping was timely and the canvas is perfect! Only thing I regret is not ordering a bigger one but will be doing that soon. :)

I have used this service several times in about a years time, and always satisfied. The finishes are still good, no fading or flaws. My prints have been 16X20 or larger, and my input had high resolution (So I cant speak for cell phones, but it is likely to be as good as it can get). They delivered within the time they said. The shipping packaging was good. If you think it is a print that you want, give them a try. You will not be the only one that like them. Lookout for your relatives who will come in and take your family pictures off the wall because they are so uniquely nice.

I’ve ordered about 15 canvases from them and all but one came in perfect condition. The one that was damaged was quickly and easily replaced. Customer service was very helpful. I love my canvases. I have several for gifts last Christmas and my dads birthday this year! I will continue to be a customer for many years to come!

I was very pleased with my canvases. Upon purchase of my deal on Groupon, I was hoping to make 2 collages. Unfortunately that wasnt an option with them. I had to go through a third party site to make my collages and then upload them to Canvas on Demands site. It took many trials to get the pictures perfectly because their site kept cutting off parts of the pictures. Then I would have to start over again & again. Once I finally got that figured out & placed my order & received my canvases I was very pleased with the results.

I have bought a few canvases now from Canvas on Demand, and all of them were of great quality. The first two were Mothers Day presents, newborn prints that were professionally done, and they were stunning. Shipping took a little longer due to COVID. However, I really like the feature that you can print a gift preview so we had that to give to show what it would look like. Our moms were so happy with the prints. The last one I did was a print for my dad of all the grandkids. It was a cell phone picture, so I was not sure about the quality. However, it looked amazing. I contacted customer service to ensure it would arrive by Fathers Day, and they answered promptly and were very helpful. It got here Fathers Day morning, which was perfect timing. They are very affordable; I will definitely be purchasing more from them!
