I love this office! They are so well prepared for any travel situation.I had a very complicated travel over a six day period and they produced a trip book very quickly that was completely professional. I also inquired about a trans-Atlantic cruise and leaned some very valuable information on traveling to Europe. These folks are the best.

Wonderful experience! Travel services are top notch. Linda Tassone has been most helpful in planning our European River Cruise. You can leave the hard work to these folks... They will take care of you. Every person we have talked to has been very professional and genuinely polite. They even answer the dumb questions without even a eye roll! Weve been AAA members for forty years... That ought to tell you something! We have NEVER had a bad experience with these folks.

All the employees were nice, they greet you as soon as you enter(I went to the travel area). They were able to find hotels with the amenities they we desired, airline tickets and rental cars for the two states/areas we are traveling to. They did all the hard work, listened to what we wanted, and made it happen!!

AAA is the best! The office on Blue Ridge road offers travel and insurance services. Who knew AAA had home, auto and life insurance!?Went in and got a FREE passport photo, booked a trip ( SAVED A TON ON A CRUISE!)AND--AND! Got a huge discount when I let them help me with home and auto insurance!Another little secret: if you are a AAA member (only like $49 a year) there is an auto buying service! You can name the year, make, model and milage of the car you want and they will find it, verify it, and bring it to you.This is not your grandmothers AAA! These guys do it all!

Our daughter is attending NCSU and we purchased her a AAA membership. Well she had to use it this weekend right before game time. We called and Lonnie responded. Well we were his last customer of the day as he started at 5:00 am. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Lonnie. He was everything you would want in a stressful situation and he made us feel at ease. Lonnie this review is for you. Thank you thank you thank you for being there for us and treating us like family. Forgot how much information is available here. If youre traveling to a new location they have plenty of support. We got our international drivers license for $20 each. Easy process.

We got passport pictures here. It was a little slow. This is more of a travel center than anything else. I had only been to the AAA auto centers. Nice staff.

It depends on which agent you get. Some are more knowledgeable and more helpful than others. I have good experiences and I have bad experiences. I have an update January 2nd of 2018 and AAAs Roadside Assistance Program is pathetic. They should be prepared for very busy times like these. All calls going to the RSA number are being hung up on. So what does our yearly dues of $70 actually cover anyway? I want my money back!! Update: I am calling the Blue Ridge/Raleigh office now. The first time the phone rang and rang and rang, no answer. Im calling again and Im timing the rings. This time I got a your call is important to us, blah blah blah. Its still ringing. I could drive over there to get my issue solved but its about 10 miles from where I live ...someone answered!! Yay. I was gracious and let them think that I thought they were just extra busy. The service here is just not what Im sure the AAA main office would hope it would be.

I wanted some Euros currency for an overseas trip. I paid for it and the currency was ready for pickup in 2 days. The staff here were all very friendly and service professionals.

I called AAA to get a recommendation for an auto transport company. I was given the information for a company called T&T transport. When I called the number and set up the transport i noticed I was billed by a company called ship your car now. They never showed up to get my car and have basically stolen $2,675 from me and refuse to refund. Thanks a lot AAA for the recommendation.
