After a quick google search I chose this place to take a broken gaming device based off reviews. I called and spoke to a gentleman and he was super friendly and said I could drop it off anytime. I did within an hour and the associate up front was also super friendly. The initial gentleman called me within an hour to let me know what I needed to order or pick up and the device would be fine. I picked it up the same day and the associate at the front said it was no charge. I was able to stop and get what I needed on the way home. My daughter was super happy! Their customer service is the same I receive at Harris Teeter and Chic-fil-A top notch!

Like any repair facility its not cheap. Wish they had a repeat costumer discount. Theyre nice and the repair has been done right, I just have to stop dropping my phone. Theyre better than the dealers in my view.

Unbeatable service for the 2nd time! I visited today to have my cracked screen fixed on my I-phone. I dropped off my phone before noon and within an hour they had contacted me to let me know that it was done. Both times, I’ve found the technicians friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy which is exactly what you need when you are handing over such a large part of your identity. I plan on using this establishment every time I crack my screen...which hopefully won’t be for another year or so (if history is an indication).

The screen on my iPad broke and they replaced it. Then we had an issue with the home button not working and they were able to fix that as well. Very knowledgeable and an affordable alternative to Apple repair prices. They keep you informed when your repair is complete in a timely manner.

He took one look at it and said “Give me a couple of minutes.” He had the iPad for maybe 3 minutes and he fixed it! Reasonably priced and quick! Just had my screen replaced through AT&T insurance. They were responsive on the phone, fast to replace the screen. They did a perfect job and gave me a free screen protector to boot. Highly recommend. I very rarely review but they were great.

My sons Pixel 3 became suddenly bricked for no apparent reason. Because we were out of warranty and had no insurance, Verizon and Best Buy wanted nothing to do with us. When I called uBreakiFix they were very up front about the repair possibilities. They offerred to diagnose the problem for free and quoted me for a battery replacement. They cautioned me that if the problem was more serious, it might not be worth the cost to repair. As luck would have it, the problem was the battery which they replaced for a very reasonable fee and the phone is back to 100%. As good as all this sounds, the best part was that the entire experience took place over a mere three hours.

We had a Google Pixel 3xl that was overheating and draining battery rapidly. The guys at UBreakiFix were great. They were so fast, kept me updated via phone call or text, and ultimately didnt charge me for a new battery since there was an underlying issue (more than was worth fixing given the age of the phone) causing the problem. Will definitely be back the next time we have an issue with one of our phones!

Very pleasant, professional, patient and very efficient. I was being driven nuts with pop up ads, news features, penile implants, none of which I requested.Sprint and Samsung technicians tried to help. But, with minutes the pop ups were back with a vengeance. Samsung recommended i contact uBreakiFix.I backed up everything then ubreakifix had me remove all apps. Terrified, but I did it.I returned later to pick up my phone, all pop ups GONE! All my apps restored. Im happy happy.

Took my Pixel in for a warranty repair. I was told it would be done in 2-3 hours, which was fine. After 5 hours, I called them and was told it had been done for 25-30 minutes. No explanation why they hadnt called.So they lost a star for each of the following:1. Not calling when done2. Sending me a text saying it was done 30 minutes after I called, 5 1/2 hours later, not 2-3 hours as promised. The text was sent to my phone, which they still had in their possession. Pretty hard to read a text when I dont have my phone and they do.3. The phone was in Safe Mode (not something a user normally sees or uses) when they returned it to me and I had to return to the store to get it into Normal Mode.On the plus side my phone is working again for now.

Had a battery defect and they were able to fix it in under 4 hours at no cost to me thanks to being a certified repair shop under my manufactorers warranty. My only issues were they were the closest location, and still 2 hours away, and the shop was very busy with customers, which is not really a fault of the business.

This is the only place I will ever go to fix any electronic device. Connor is by far the greatest service rep I have come across in any industry and has earned my business and my familys business for life... And we are very accident prone with electronics!

I was having problems with my samsung phone charging. I would have to plug it in multiple times before it would charge. I brought it here, they cleaned the spot where the charger plugged-in free of charge. Works great now.

I had made an appointment days in advance,, have to drive almost 2 hours and was told they will not fix the phone.. this is very unprofessional,, they could had told me about being over booked.. will not recommend this place at all.

Edit 2: ubreakifix replace all that they would but have also broke the plastic that surrounds the screen in the process. Im tired of dealing with them. I hope no one will have to deal with the issues Ive had with them but I know I wont because I will never go back to ubreakifix. Ill try the place in Crabtree Mall they cost less anyway.Edit 1:I believe on their review of this post, they have offered to replace the back glass and the back of the phone as well as the original battery replacement at no monetary cost to me. We will see how this goes and I will update this post at that time.Original Post:Their technicians have either no experience or total disregard for their workmanship.I brought my nexus 6p to ubreakifix to replace the battery. The replacement was quick and I was back within two hours to pick up my phone. The technician had broken the back glass on the phone and would have to order the part (at no cost to me). Breaking the back glass while disassembling is very common so I was surprised they did not have the glass in stock. When I got home, I realized the fingerprint sensor was not working and the phone was not reassembled correctly. I tried to call five times in the 30 minutes before the store closed but no one would answer. When I tried to leave a message, I realized the microphone was not working either. In the technician’s rush to finish the job his neglect shown through. The next day, I drove back to the store again and dropped the phone off. The technician lied to me and told me the reason it was not assembled correctly was because he could not test my phone since I never gave them my pin and he could not unlock the device, but when you drop off the phone that’s one of the first questions they ask you, and I watched the sales guy put it into the computer, either way a horrible excuse. Couple hours later I picked the phone up and later that night switching my sim back to the phone I notice that the technician had used metal tools to disassemble the phone. Gouging and cutting the aluminum where plastic tools are supposed to be used which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

UBreakiFix is an authorized Google partner to repair the Pixel phones. I didnt have the guts to open up my Pixel 2 and replace the battery, but I am glad I found this place because they gave me a great peace of mind. I ran in to get my screen fixed and wasn’t sure if it was broken or the screen protector needed to be replaced. The salesman explained it was just the screen protector and it could be replaced! It was quick! I’m using my phone now and it works perfectly. The screen protector was damaged from traveling and work so I was glad to know I didn’t have to spend a fortune to have it repaired. I’m an NC State student, when our office of information technology walk in center was not able to fix my laptop they recommended that I go here. They were AMAZING!! He was the nicest guy ever, they were able to properly diagnose my computer and ordered parts and had them installed very quickly! When they eventually opened up my computer and went to do the work my hard drive was so corrupted that it kept giving them problem after problem after problem but they worked continuously to get it fixed properly. They didn’t charge me anymore even though it was a little more work than they had expected they honored the price they quoted me on which was more than fair. They know exactly what they are talking about and we’re super helpful!

After dropping my phone and breaking the front screen, I considered fixing it myself for around $200 + an estimated 4 hours of my time. I would also have to wait a couple days without use of my device for the parts to be shipped to me. I searched online for repair quotes (most being above $300) and got the best one from uBreakiFix near Cameron Village. After a pleasant phone call with one of the store employees, I brought my broken device in about 30min later. They repaired my phone within 3hrs and had me OTD for less than $260 after tax. All three store employees I dealt with were courteous and professional. The workmanship was stellar and they even threw a brand new battery in my unit for free!

I literally took my PS4 there fully functional but with a problem of overheating with heavy games like warzone for them to check it out and see what was causing the problem, and after they gave me the price of the repair I decided not to follow through with it, I got my PS4 back and when I turned it on it instantly shut down saying that it was overheating, now I can’t do anything with it.

Im so sad! I really wanted this to be the best, but I didnt have a great experience. I got my screen replaced on my iphone, and when I got it back there was a tiny chip in the bottom of the glass. I didnt think anything of it, but of course the chip got bigger. Still thought, oh well, its ok. Now the chip is bigger and the glass has officially cracked in 3 places, all starting from the little chip that spread at the bottom. I already paid a lot to get it fixed the first time and now I guess I just have to wait until the apple store can fit me in.

Saved me some money! Thought my screen was cracked but it wasnt. They could have said it was and made me come back in 2 hours but they told me upfront the gorilla glass was cracked not the actual phone glass. In and out in 30 minutes!

Was anxious to get here and get my phone fixed, too bad they cant abide by Raleigh policy and honor covid mask exemptions. Even after I politely explained I cant wear one for medical reasons, I was rudely told to leave and they would not provide me service. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

The customer service and honestly, empathy I found here was a breath of fresh air. Not often in the phone service arena do you find customer service like the kind I saw here, I was really quite taken aback lol! After having horrendous, impersonal, non-caring interactions with at least a half dozen Asurion phone insurance reps and experiencing a similar attitude of indifference when speaking someone at the ubreakifix in Brier Creek, I walked into this location on a whim and got very lucky to have been met with Connor, who had such an exemplary display of professionalism and courtesy. At first, the response was of a similar bent to the one I received from the other ubreakifix on the phone, but when I explained the situation a bit further I feel like his demeanor shifted towards a more personal and caring manner. Like it seemed he weighed that it was worth it to do something to help me out. I will return here from now on, he told me details about previous repairs done by the insurance people to my iphone that frankly horrified, but didnt surprise. Hats off!!

Had to replace a cracked camera lens on my Google Pixel 3a, which meant replacing not only the entire back glass, but because there was a small crack on the front corner the front screen as well. I couldnt find a place to get my phone fixed any cheaper than they did it here! Great employees that are very friendly and helpful. Quality work at a very fair price. Would recommend to any of my friends in the area.Update: phone had software issues only a week after fix and they failed to cover under warranty due to signs of wear on the screen. Luckily I was able to troubleshoot my problem and factory reset it and it is working fine. Almost gave me a lot of trouble but still recommend them for their services.
