When looking for an IT company, you want someone who identifies potential problems proactively and fixes problems quickly. I love that I dont have to go into long protracted back-and-forth conversations with Mike and others at ASAIT. Our team and I can explain the problem, and then ASAIT runs with it and solves the problem.They clearly know their stuff. They dont talk over me even when they know a lot more about technology than I do. And they take care of everything in our technology infrastructure. They make it so I can set it and forget it. I would recommend and have recommended them to other small businesses in the Raleigh, Cary, Durham metro area.
