We have not had a good experience with this group. Highly overpriced. Told them 2 years ago we didnt want to use them anymore but was still autorenewed for 3 more years. When brought up...they wouldnt fix it. They refused. Even refused to discuss who our vendors were stating it was private and confidential. I had already spoken to the phone company at the corporate level. They are not holding us to any contract. Must be why he doesnt want to give me the information that I pay almost 2k each month for each center for. Seem shady to you? Wouldnt you want to sit down with your client or call prior to 60 days to check in to see how the 3 long years of experience was ? Nope! Nothing. Terrible professionalism. I do not recommend. All about money. Shame on them.The response from the owner is completely false. They have zero documented ANYTHING!They are shady and complete bullies. They recently added something onto my emails without any written notification. I have been advised by my attorney to only deal with them through writing and they refuse to comply. They have called me twice both times on speaker phone. When I have advised them to put it in writing per my attorney...it is crickets....no response.

I recently used Petronella Computer Consultants to boost the performance of my relatively new Samsung laptop. It had a lot of junk on it, and Corey with the company was able to uninstall unnecessary programs and make it run much better. He also helped me move my old iTunes library with all 1,000+ songs in it over to the new laptop with ease - and over the weekend, to boot! All in all, I had a wonderful experience with the company and would recommend its services to anyone in need of computer consulting help.

I selected Petronella because one of the reviewers had a similar problem repaired. I called to confirm they could work on ASUS laptops. I had two problems, the first was a repair of the DC charging jack on the motherboard and the second was that the keyboard was popping out in the corner. The web site says there is an initial $125 charge for analyis that will be applied to the fix. The DC jack was repaired and they charged me an additional $175 -- $300 for a soldering job! My guess is that I could have gotten a new motherboard for about the same price. The keyboard, it wasnt repaired. I was told that I could put some glue in the corner to fix an adhesive pad that came loose. My question to them was, since you are charging me $175 because you had to take the computer apart, why didnt you glue it down? The response was, well it was a secondary issue - the DC jack was the primary issue - really? I should have mailed it to ASUS. Live and learn.
