From the moment we walked into the store, Nicole was extremely helpful. She took great care to ensure we had all our questions answered about the kitchen project we were doing at our home. Picking out the granite we wanted, getting the template made, laying out the template on our granite then the install was all done professionally and quickly. Job was done in a very reasonable time frame even though I had a special order! They even layed out tarps on my brand new floors for protection. Will definitely use them again.

Very good prices for granite and super customer service by Walter in the Garner location. I am remodeling several kitchens ( landlord) and wouldnt think of going anywhere else!!Walter at the Garner store certainly knows his stuff!

I had a counter install on Thursday March 19. They are beautiful and look great in the kitchen. Everything was perfect until install. Five of my cabinet drawers were damaged and need repair. One additional drawer was hit so hard the hinge is broken in half and the drawer can not be used. I reached out to Nicole immediately, the installers were still in my driveway, with pictures etc. I was told last Monday, March 23 I would have an answer. Since then I have reached out to Nicole numerous times and Walter with no response. Once they are paid they clearly do nothing to fix damages. Would not recommend unless you are not worried about any other aspects of your kitchen or bathroom.

Simple process from choosing color, options, and installation. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Much appreciated. Our outdoor grill area looks great.

Super nice people to work with, Alexis was amazing. Very responsive to email and text, helped me find the perfect piece- a remnant at that, so less expensive, which is great for me! We will go back when its time to do the kitchen!

Had a wonderful experience working with Nicole at the Cary location. The granite countertops for my kitchen and the quartz countertop I had installed in my bathroom have completely transformed my kitchen and bathroom. I absolutely LOVE it! We couldnt be happier with our new marble countertops and sink. We had great service from start to finish and the price was good, too. The man that came to measure the templates was very helpful and did a perfect job. The three young men who installed the countertops were tidy, polite and did an amazing job. I chose to go with East Coast Granite, not only because the pricing was great, but also the customer service. I have dealt with other granite companies before, however, they do not compare to what I received. Ashley, from scheduling, called the day before my appointments to remind and confirm. The day of the appointments, I received phone calls from both templater and installers confirming the time they would arrive at my house. If any questions/issues came up during the process, it was brought to my attention so I was aware. The quality of product and finished work that was installed looks amazing!
