This is about the Parts and Service teams. I did not buy a car here... Yet...These people are VERY friendly and helpful. Theyve gone over and above several times for me and some friends.This is a huge difference compared to anything Ive experienced lately at GM or Chrysler dealers! Im not saying that they are mean or anything, just doing their job, with some indifference that is not welcoming or confidence building.Everyone from service, to parts, and especially the woman at the cashiers office was smiling, helpful, proactive in helping me, and cared that they provided a pleasant and efficient experience.When everyone is so wonderful, from ordering and getting parts or service to paying at the end, you cant help but be thankful that in a world of chaos and indifference, especially during the 2020 pandemic, these people make your experience pleasant. I will be coming here whenever I need Parts or Service on my Acura RDX!
