Tuesday afternoon and the worker breaths deeply cause they have to lend me a marker cause no labels for sale or stickers for priority. Told try going to ups or fed ex cause they will have what I need. Or i could just try a diffrent post office. Never again will i visit here and took the advise and shipped via fed ex for half price

If I could give NO stars I would. Lack of communication and different nasty attitudes from workers after their mistake regarding my mail.Contacted the Post office on 4 mile directly and both supervisors had a nasty attitude and treated me like it was my fault that they were holding my mail for days and returned my credit card back to the company I had to wait for over a month and still dont have it. I currently pay for services and a PO box here.Supervisor hung up in my face after yelling on the phone. I do not recommend this place simply because of some of the workers manners.

Ive never ever had problems with the mail til I moved here. Now my mail gets lost . Ive had very important things get lost . Checks . Birth certificate . Court documents. Now Im scared to even tell anyone to send me mail in fear of gets lost. This has been going on the past 2 years!!!!!

Never had a problem with the post office they work hard and well at there job.

THE WORST. Ive had over 30 deliveries botched by them in this past year! Apparently, they hire incompetent, lazy people whom cant or wont follow simple instructions on how to get into my building!!!! Ive left delivery instructions on their website, on the door and window near the intercom, IN THE MAILBOX! Weve even had packages left haphazardly outside one of the apartment doors for anyone to grab! My husband has even gone in to speak to them at the office! Nothing ever gets resolved. Terrible management.Never mind calling them! You dance around on the automated system, trying to get ahold of a real person, just for them to be RUDE, condescending and completely unhelpful. And what is the point of delievering on Sundays if your office is closed when you inevitably fail to deliever anything?

Is this location closed ? Never open when I try the doors...

Was supposed to open back up at 200pm and instead it opened back up at 215

So glad We still have an office Downtown !!
