Great customer service, helped me fixed my watch very quickly. Will be coming back for more service
Excellent service, depth of knowledge and kindness always. Ive been going to Elmwood Plaza Jewelers for 20+ years and theyve repaired watches and even created watches for me, like the Pendant Watch that I got some years back. I trust them with my heirlooms and my newer items.
Needed to a battery replaced in my Seiko watch which was a special order and required resetting as it is a Perpetual Calendar. Joe was very knowledgeable this type of watch, including the setting process. Customer service was great, battery was installed and watch set within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend and will return for future needs.
They changed four watch batteries and fixed a broken clasp on a necklace while I waited. A few minutes and I was good to good. Great store to browse with a fun collection of jewelry. Super helpful and informative. I keep going back!
Incredibly fast service, polite and knowledgeable staff, and very affordable pricing. Great place!
Excellent Friendly customer service.. Nice to have these types of stores to get Excellence in service like this. I prefer to support these types of businesses to keep our economy alive.
I brought in an estate piece of jewelry that belongs to my mother that wasnt large enough and it was just sitting unworn. I knew they did nice work on jewelry but was absolutely stunned at the detail that was put into this piece. Everyone was also so friendly and if they can do what they did with this museum quality piece, they can do an amazing job on anything.
Joe and his staff are always extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. They are able to do many repairs in timely matter and there is always a nice selection to browse while you wait. I highly recommend them.
This place is awesome! Owner Joe Smith takes great pride in his work and he is a bargain for the job he provides. There is no other place to go for watch repairs. My expensive watch ended up here after being damaged (taken in for a replacement battery) at a local battery shop (NEVER again!). He opened his store even though he was on his way out the door to take care of me on Memorial weekend. Their friendly and courteous, not to mention totally professional service is the best. We are lucky to have such a place here in town.
Just left and the staff was very experienced knowledgeable and friendly, never tryed to up sell me something I didnt need and showed me what was broken on my watch and how he was going to fix it. Highly recommend this local business.
Outstanding customer service. Repaired my watch quickly and at a very reasonable price. Their jewelry is exquisite. Thanks for your help. Neal
I went shopping for a ring and they were wonderful. I had an idea about what I wanted. They spent alot of time with me explaining features and options and scouring thru books and images online. I selected a few I was interested in and the type of stone. They had the settings and different stones shipped in and I got to see mock ups of each option. They were very patient with me while I made my decision. I was able to make payments and ended up with the perfect ring for a fair price. I wouldnt go anywhere else....customer for life!
I loved this store. They went way over and above helping me pick a great ring. Knowledgable and good people.
These folks know their watches. I was referred to them by Treiber & Straub Jewelers in Brookfield as I needed my Grandfathers watch serviced. They are friendly, efficient and talented watch-smiths. Well worth the drive for me. Pat Wilkins, Brookfield
I brought a vintage watch in for repair shortly after Christmas. It was a gift for my boyfriend and we were sad when it had arrived unworking, but this place had good reviews. The watch was over 70 years old, so we wanted someone experienced with vintage watches to repair it. The watchmaker here took a quick look and said he could repair it. A month later we still hadnt heard from him so we went in to ask him how it was going. He said he was waiting for parts and would call us when he had more news. Another month went by and no news so we went and asked him again. He said the new parts hadnt fixed the issue and he would have to try something else. We gave him a budget and told him to try what he could and let us know. 3 months later we had no news. We finally had to ask him to give the watch back so we could take it somewhere else to repair it. They didnt charge us for any work he had done, which is the only reason theyre not getting 1 star. 5 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait with no word on the watch and no progress. It might have been an old watch, but it wasnt an extremely uncommon or special model that would have required special parts.
Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Definitely will be going back!!
Buyer beware!!!!
