Extremely rude, extremely Un professional, would not answer my multiple phone calls hoping I would leave my car there all weekend and get charged more. Drove to the place and it’s full of people. License was thrown at me tow truck driver was a very small rude man I would never suggest using this company

I work at Beth Israel building on 100 Walter J. Hannon Pkwy, Quincy, MA 02169. My manger told me to park on the back of the building. I started working there since November 1st. I have no issue parking there. However, On December 1st, my car was towed, I looked around and the signs post “parking is available while on premises” . I called the company that towed my car, the guy said the new rule is that “you can’t park there after 8 pm.” I went to the car towing place to get my car back and the guy asked me to pay CASH ONLY $143. I showed him my badge that I work at Beth Israel and he said “sorry, I need to make money too” . My shift ended at 8 pm, so there was no way for him to tow my car, I left my building around 8:05. Unless he stood there and wait until 8pm, there was no way for him to tow my car. I called his manager two days later on December 3rd and he said the new rule is “you can’t park there after 11 pm or you need to get a special permit.” I told him I only parked there until 8pm on December 1st, why did the other guy tow me. The manager wasn’t sure what to tell me, he said if you want to sue me go ahead, I don’t care. I felt frustrated and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. They basically stole my car that night. I already contacted the AG to look further into this. This illegal towing practice needs to STOP!

Absolutely a joke charge $600 to tow a truck 9.1 miles (not rush hour)

Killed the battery in my car while waiting for my wife to come out of an appointment. It was after hours but the driver came out within 20 minutes to give me a jump. Called 3 other places and didnt even get an answer. Super nice driver. Great service!

This is the worst tow trucking company ever in life ....they take your car then block your number .....u have to call 100 times off a different number for them to answer
