Mike is the guy!! This towing company’s by far the best they towed my bmw which is really low to the ground and they still managed to get up the bed with no scratches nothing. Highly recommend this towing company 100% 5stars

Called and in 15 min was there to tow...Aaa was over 2hr wait....mike was so pleasant and considerate....will be calling direct to them from now on and submitting bill to aaa....highly recommend

Just spoke to the rudest receptionist in the world. completely unprofessional and just assumed what i was gonna ask and finished up with dont mean to be rude. Was looking to give this company a lifetime of business but not anymore!

I had an issue with my car shifting and they did not hesitate to send someone out immediately to help! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was extremely transparent about the situation with my car, which is very appreciated nowadays! The overall service was friendly as well as professional! I highly recommend and if I ever need a tow again this will be my first call!

Great communication to ensure I didnt feel indefinitely stranded while waiting for my vehicle to be towed. Very nice and professional service. Showed up before the promised time, which is a huge bonus.

Broken curb took out my passenger side tires, called for a tow, arrived 20 mins later, and got me where I needed! Hopefully wont need another local tow soon but if I do, American Towing is who Im calling!

This was a great experience. I was broken down on the side of the highway and had no idea what to do. Thankfully I called American Towing. Guy was super nice, sadly never caught his name, but reassured me that things would be fine and got me to a local repair place. Super helpful, super professional, and I am super thankful I clearly called the right guy.

My starter broke, called them asking for a rate, and called second morning to get my car towed to the mechanic shop, very reasonable price imo, and professional service

A couple of weeks ago i called for a jump start the guy was nice but my dad came so i was nice enough to send a text to cancel so today on sunday march 7th called the guy said you called me a couple of weeks ago cancelled with attitude im not available i dont work sundays he hung up in my face straight rude your mad that i cancelled at least i called and texted

Made the best out of a less than ideal situation. I called ahead of time and Mike met me in the parking lot- he was already there by the time I got there. It was quick and easy and honest- which a lot of times isnt the case with towing companies. Absolutely recommend.

Very quick service, very nice customer service! Would recommend a thousand times and great prices. Towed my F150 in 5-10 minutes and did a wonderful job. I’m glad I didn’t get any other tow service. You guys now have a new customer!

Mike was excellent, quick response and was at my place within 30 minutes. He was able to jump my car and saved me to expense of towing it and made sure it was safe enough to drive to the mechanic. Good, fair price as well.

My sisters car wouldnt start so I looked up a towing business in Quincy, Ma. I chose AMERICAN TOWING on Adams St in Quincy. I spoke with MIKE who was so pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I had inadvertently given him the incorrect St name. No problem for MIKE. The end result was that he helped my sister and was such a pleasure dealing with him.
