UPS locally used to be the best carrier of them all. For the past 2-3 months... theyve been the worst. Got a pickup? - Maybe theyll show up, maybe they wont. 50/50 chance, flip a coin.If they do actually manage to show up.... did you specify that they knock? Well the driver might take that to mean tap extremely lightly with the tip of his fingernail on the double doors of your 2800sq ft building (Yes, this literally happened too).Got a pickup request at your office, and the afternoon off? - Tough luck, UPS might just mark your pickup request completed and never show up all day long... not within the hours specified on the pickup... and not afterward... so prepare to squander your entire friday afternoon off waiting for UPS to show up.... in futility.Called to complain and see if they could actually be bothered to show up and get the package at long last? - Well after painstakingly giving the agent your pickup request number, your address, your packages tracking number, telling them which company you work for (my employer has a capital shipping acount).... then she cant help you, and is going to arrange to have someone call you who she says will be able to address it. Then when that person finally gets around to calling you.... theyre from another state, where your company headquarters is... and THEY cant help you, or even view your pickup details if you give them your pickup request number...... so then that agent looks for the # for the Quincy, IL office while they are on the phone with you... and cant find it.... looks again... still cant find it.... and finally takes down your address and phone number (again) and promises theyll have someone from Quincy call you back to explain to you why Quincys UPS center cant be bothered to actually show up and complete their pickups that you scheduled...... all as you continue to be trapped at the office... on your afternoon off..... just waiting on somebody at UPS to suddenly do their job right.Thats been my Friday, UPS. Hows yours?

This hub sucks... I have had a package in this hub for 5 days now going out for delivery but not deliveries... keeps saying delayed delivery by one business day.... I may not use UPS ever again

UPS is the place to ship and receive all your packages. No matter what they always take care of it. This location is always very helpful in getting questions answered and making sure you are satisfied. Even around the holidays when they are swamped they can handle it.

Friendly staff, they do not accept cash if you are mailing anything. Friendly even during the Christmas season with lots of customers.
