Having my own beauty business. I’m always accommodating but very internally critical. My first visit I was impressed, the second I’m envious, I need their team of professionals! Nadia exceptional!!! I wish I could recall the receptionist name but she’s amazing!! On all levels they execute and are beyond superb! Their Knowledge, Skillset, Customer Service, I would fully rate A+. I have visited the best spas in the world and have often left underwhelmed. This company delivers.

Bianca is great with my eyelashes, she keeps me coming back and the staff is very kind and professional.😊 The place is clean and bright and pretty, Jackie adds sparkle to that reception. The entrance is beautiful and Bianca is a gem. I will miss her

There was a last minute cancellation and they were able to get me in the same day which was so appreciated. I had the lymphatic drainage massage. After months of stress this was the perfect treat. It was so relaxing and done perfectly. I lost 4 pounds of fluid within a week. The medspa is really clean and very relaxing. They are taking all precautions to keep you and their staff safe. Ill definitely be back.

I love how cleanly and sterile this place is. The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. This spa offers a wide range or services as well as products for purchase. It also doesn’t hurt that almost everything is pink in this establishment, very aesthetically pleasing :).

I’ve been getting facials with Nadia for about two years and my skin has never looked better. I struggled with severe acne for years/tried everything and Nadia has been a literal life (skin) saver. She’s so informative, educated, and kind. Everything she has suggested has helped tremendously. I’ve also done laser hair removal with her as well as one session of micro-needling and am looking forward to doing more as we now improve scarring/texture issues. Will never trust anyone else with my skin. So grateful for Nadia & Lumi 💕 amazing experience all around

I have been to Lumi Aesthetics several times and I absolutely love it! Dr. Neda is amazing, thoughtful, and kind - not to mention she is truly an expert. There have been times Ive asked about services and shes always been honest. She never tries to force sales or upsell if she doesnt truly think a treatment will be effective and right for you physically and financially. The facials are amazing and super relaxing. They where so nice and very friendly and really took their time with me. I was very nervous and they made the whole experience amazing. And I will go back for sure. Lumi is a hidden gem, I have been coming here for almost two years and won’t go anyplace else. Nadia at Lumi is the best laser hair removal medical aesthetician I have EVER encountered. I have been to the most expensive medical spas in the Boston area but none were able to help me with unwanted hairs as Nadia did. Nadia has also successfully corrected my sensitive skin issues by suggesting the appropriate products and by performing the most amazing facials and treatments. Nadia is extremely knowledgeable and is always up to date with the latest skincare technologies/products. Dr. Hovaizi is also amazing! The entire staff is superb. I highly recommend you make an appointment at Lumi ASAP!

Dr. Neda Hovaizi is beyond phenomenal. I would rate her a perfect 10... she has the utmost artistic and precise skills that I would highly recommend.. I recently had PDO threads.. she thoroughly explains the procedure and what to expect .. she is patient, kind and comforting.. I felt highly safe in her hands. Shes a person you can definitely trust.I am extremely pleased with my PDO thread results. If youre considering PDO threads, the only person I would let put those threads in my face is Dr. Neda Hovaizi... I dont care if they are the best plastic surgeon in the United States, I wouldnt go to anybody but her.

I dont recommend it, I did a procedure, they charged me for half an hour and they did it in 5 minutes! I talked to the girl who was doing the procedure and she didnt give any confidence, then I learned that the girl was not even a beautician but a nurse! I did 3 sections, the first was great, the super professional girl the second time was no longer the same person, they put a girl called Bianca and she is not a nurse, she did the procedure looking at the wall, I will never come back to that place, I spoke with the owner of the place and she paid little attention! I was upset because I had good recommendations from the clinic but I dont know why they didnt do the correct procedure!
