I go to Allure for haircuts and coloring, spa treatments, and recently had my wedding hair and makeup done there. The salon is awesome and decorated beautifully, it is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Allure for hair color/cuts/styling and for spa treatments. Adelina does a beyond fantastic job each and every time!

Such an amazing experience at Allure! From the moment I walked in to smiles, then escorted to a gorgeous lounge then to spa room, then facial. So professional & welcoming & relaxing! Loved every moment of my facial & body scrub!!! Walked out feeling like I was glowing! My skin felt so soft & refreshed. This was my sisters Birthday surprise for me, and so grateful because I found my new favorite spa!

I purchased a massage for my partner and she had a wonderful experience at the spa. She was treated well and came home relaxed and happy. However, I prepaid for the service over the phone and left a generous tip ahead of time (greater than 20%). I checked my debit card statement today and was unexpectedly charged more money than I had approved for. My first thought was that it was an error or that someone was adding more $$ to the tip I left. I called for clarification and was told I was up charged a “covid fee” which was never mentioned to myself when paying or my partner when she was there. I checked with a friend that regularly uses this spa (most recently 1 week ago) and she has never been charged a covid fee. I called back to speak with a manager who explained to me that they pick and choose who will be up charged this fee - IE they don’t charge elderly or people who are suffering financial hardships. I asked what about us labeled me consenting and able to pay a hidden up charge and the manager, Sandra, laughed at me multiple times on the phone - to the point where I ended the conversation. I wish i could leave a more positive review but I feel massively taken advantage of from this business for their lack of transparency and charging my debit card without my consent after already being generous with my tip.

Allure is one of the nicest salons I’ve attended. The service is unparalleled and is only exceeded by the kindness of their amazing staff. After getting my haircut by Shauna, I felt incredible and received several compliments. I’d recommend to everyone looking for a cut in the area!

My wife gets the hair done by Irida, the best hairstylist. My wife is happy that she found someone to trust her hair. Sandra and her husband are the nicest people. They treat the customers with great care. Wife is Very pleased by allure services. Happy wife, happy life. Thank you.

I was lucky enough to have a co-worker recommend Allure Spa to me when I moved to Quincy from Boston. I wasnt sure if I would be able to get the same quality of services as I did in the city and was pleasantly surprised! I have continued to go back because of the great work my stylist, Leeanne, does and the friendly staff. I can always get an appointment when I need it too which is great!

Lovely atmosphere and very pleased with the service.I leave feeling happy with my hair every time no matter who does it. Also I had permanant makeup done by one of their artists they have come in and it was excellent!!

Honestly the place is beautiful and cjean and the receptionist is nice however the lady who did my lashes did a horrible job.. I got my lashes done for my wedding I spent 150$ and had to pay the makeup artist to add strips because you could barely tell I had on lashes, they were really thin... I was definitely unsatisfied.. I wanted to cry but I just walked out sad.. I can not see myself going back ...

In reference to the post which describes the owner, I believe the poster made a mistake and is unclear. The owner is a christian person who never yells or is unfair to clients rather loving and giving. She prefers to give away rather than making a client unhappy. Allure is the most hospitable spa and both the owner and staff are great with clients,

PRP-Hair LossAfter several months of coping with shedding hair, noticeable loss and a cotton-like dry texture...it was time to react. There was no medical reason and I was told that many women experience the same; it is not openly discussed as with men.I have been a client of Allure Spa since it opened and spoke with the owner about the treatment PRP. Sandra gave me brochures on the process and with some online research I scheduled my first appointment 10/07/2017. I am delighted to write within weeks the shedding lessened substantially. As the process continued I noticed baby hairs however I had to be patient as hair growth is slow.Now my only regret is I refused the before and after pictures because the before was devastating however a happy after result.It not only has helped my confidence, my hair has been restored with new growth and a healthy texture.For decades Sandra and the talented staff at Allure has kept me at my best with all the local innovative services they provide, always looking ahead.A very grateful Eileen

What an awful experienced. I had an appointment today 5/21/16 for a mole removal consultation. My appointment was @ 10 a.m & its supposed to be only 15 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes before my appt, i was greeted with a smile & instructed to go upstairs on the second floor & wait for someone. So I waited, & waited, untill 11 a.m. & nobody even comes to me & ask who i was waiting for. So I left, telling the receptionist thank you.

I always have a good experience when I get my hair done. Ive been getting my hair done here regularly for the last 7 years, every 8 weeks.The one BIG flaw this salon has is if you try to call them for an appointment, the phone number listed on their website often goes to voicemail or is rerouted to someones cell phone (to leave a message). I did speak with someone today however, and she stated someone would call me to set up an appointment, but so far no one has called. This has been happening for several months. Ive gotten so frustrated by this, that Ive decided to go elsewhere moving forward.
