Comcast/Xfinity is always raising the bill stating it is fees…and most of all the staff at the QUINCY, IL location is especially RUDE and unhelpful…I must give a shout out to employee JOSH Somebody who wins Jerk of the year award at this branch for exceptional Rudeness and unprofessionalism…I would give this business Zero stars if I could!!! Do Not use this business!!!
Real life crazy how I pay my bill, but over half the time Im getting disconnected form the router through wi-fi. Im switching to fiber, I suggest the same for everyone else.

Cannot get ahold of anyone. I had internet installed and turned on and after 12 days they shut it off and I cannot get ahold of anyone to explain how or why and its really frustrating.

As much hate as this company gets. It is far better then the luck I have had with Adams Fiber. At least with Comcast it is consistent. There is not long delay on when it gets worse then better then even worse. Comcast has never had any issues for me. The occasional internet issue is what kept it from being 5 stars. But they always fix an issue when I call. And they are better now when you can just chat with customer service.

Comcast is the worst company ive ever dealt with. They overcharged me for two months after I dropped to a cheaper package. They refused to correct there mistake so I removed there equipment and shut off there services. There still trying to charge me a month later! Stay away from this company! !
What really excited me about Comcast was I found a program for internet for 9.95 a month. It is limited to 5 or 10 GB but I have had no problem with speeds or hitting data limit. So needless to say I think this is one heck of a steel one heck of a deal. the only negative I had is sometimes I stay up late at night working on papers and I think around 3 or 4 in the morning they will reboot the system so the internet goes down for a bit. but that is a small small inconvenience for the price of the service and the quality Im receiving. anytime internet is down in the area I get a notice on my phone too so I dont have to look up the number and call in

Worst internet service I have ever experienced!! No good deals after youve been with them for a year and longer, and NO I dont want cable tv!! Internet alone with auto pay is not worth $73 a month for a service that is poor at best!!!

We have the so called ‘elite’ plan and our internet connection is still bad. We could be paying less for the elite package at Adams fiber and get better connection. This internet is not the way to go. It is a rip off and you will just be paying for add ons that need more add ons just to work properly or up to your standards. If you don’t Adams fiber in your location I’d wait and not get WiFi at all. Xfinity is not the way to go.
Streaming with Comcast/Xfinity sucks. Finally heard from Adams Fiber and put my deposit down Cause they are getting ready to be in my neighborhood. I have been waiting so long. Should have Adams Fiber before end of this year. Yea!!!!!!

Call over a week ago to have our existing line removed from house before we do tree work and it gets knocked down possibly damaging the line at the pole which may effect neighbors service. I’m sure I wasn’t talking to anyone locally as it went to an 800 number. I Have not had Comcast service for many years. Got ticket number and told would be complete by the 24th. Called today to verify to be told now it won’t be before Nov 2nd. After telling him that wasn’t acceptable he put me on hold then another person comes on the line and hangs up on me. This happened two more times. I then call back again for another person to tell me the ticket number they looked up before doesn’t exist. She also wanted my last 4 of my social security in which I said no I don’t have and account so why would I give you that information. After requesting to speak to supervisor I was told he was busy but would return my call. Hours later no call but I’m not surprised.
Got charged an early termination fee when I left and they assured me I would not get a fee. It was reported on my credit score and had a severe impact. I will never get services from this company again. Not only do they lie about what they will charge you, but they also charge for the amount of data used in your own home. Outrageously dissatisfied.
This service center is pretty easy to find, has quick service, and knowledgeable staff. Opinions on the company itself aside, this location was a pleasant surprise.

I went in there a week ago and all the workers were rude and acted like they’d rather be on the Internet all day then help anyone out. In fact, all of the employees looked like they just got up from a nap. Must be nice to sleep on the job.
My contract ends November 28, however, because I did not call to disconnect 60 days before that date, I still have to pay for 60 more days of service. This is well into January 2020. I asked about giving notice, as I was not provided ANY contract when I signed up for service. I was told it is in their Terms & Conditions found on-line. RIGHT! Just another way they steal from their customers.

Honestly if your thinking about going with comcast Id probably not, they steal money from their customers. Comcast took 582 dollars out of my grandmas account, money that was needed to live off of and buy diabetic medicine, we paid our bill in full and then they still went and took out the money, Ive called three different times and the first time I spoke with Rachel and was told Id receive my money in 3-5 business days, called again the next day to find out what was going on and talked to a supervisor who told me Id receive my money in 5-10 business days and told me that hed keep in contact with me throughout the whole process. Now Monday I call again and spoke to the supervisor Alex and he tells me they would only be able to refund me for 192 dollars, hes saying that the other amount is being put to my bill for next month, and supposedly my bill is now 400 dollars a month? I dont know how my bill suddenly went from 174$ a month to 400 dollars but Id sure love to know. So basically we had to pay 1,100$ for one month, I agree with many others out there that we should ban together and file a class action law suite against this company, they are CORRUPT. I myself am going to be seeing a lawyer this Thursday to see what kind of action I can take. If anyone else has had bad business with this company please message me and let me know and pass this message around so we can hopefully stop this because what they are doing is FRAUD and THEFT.
Let me tell you how wonderful Comcast is!! They disconnected my services because I am “late on my bill” which I am not. My bill is not due until the 29th of August. And they keep trying to charge me a late fee of $10 for a mistake they made on my bill. And they kept trying to charge me $60 for a installation fee (in which no one ever installed anything on my house for the last 2 years!) I have called them 5 times trying to resolve this issue. And the only thing they did was remove the $60 dollar charge and tell me that I would get disconnected if I didn’t pay $35 before August 25th. Keep in mind I’ve never been late on a bill with them ever! I’m so done with them! It’s time I go into the office and tell them what happened and hope it gets resolved. But if it doesn’t I will be returning all their equipment and just going without internet or TV. Oh well!

I have never had so many issues with an internet provider. My wifi is constantly cutting out, pausing anything that is streamed or downloading. Employees will contact you multiple times a week asking you to upgrade to a phone service or larger internet package. I came from an Adams fiber home to a neighborhood where it was not available yet and I promise I will be changing providers as soon as it is available.

Comcast as a whole on the corporate level is horrible. i cancelled my service to move out of town and had to call comcast 2 times and wait over 2 months to get my refund from my prorated bill!!!!! Will never use comcast again!
