Adams went above and beyond in getting us high speed internet. Some recent home safety concerns had come to light, we needed a home security system urgently, and from the initial phone call thru installation every employee was helpful and prompt. Very happy with the service.

I actually had a terrible experience at a local business, but when put into the right hands Jeffery was able to address my issue, assist me, and remained patient (even though I may have been a difficult customer that day). I greatly appreciate the service and will continue my business through them. If a local location is unhelpful, definitely go above them to the ones who will take the time to help.

We moved to another home and decided on Adams for everything: Internet, phone and,TV . The technician had to move around through a crawl space. He was up and down. He had to have additional equipment delivered. He worked hard. The end result is that everything in the system is working fine.The work was neatly done. An excellent job. Great service on all platforms.

I recently switched to Fiber. When the power goes off all of the televisions have to be rebooted. Unplug all the boxes 5 or 6 times hoping it will reconnect each one individually. When it doesnt, Im on the phone with a tech, sometimes 2 techs, trying to get them reconnected. Im on the phone 15-45 minutes trying to get service back up. Ive lost service 4 times in the past month and havent even paid the first bill yet. I thought with the lines being buried loss of power wouldnt be an issue. When I express my concerns to tech support they dont have any satisfactory solutions. While I dont have any concerns about the phone or internet, the service for television is poor.

I like Adams for the most part but the signal throughout the house isn’t great. It is closer to the router but kinda sucks upstairs.

Got technicians laying wires every day in my neighborhood yet service is not available in my area, then you need to sign up and do advertising for them, well are you going to pay me? How do you expect to expand when you keep saying no to everyone who calls asking for service, never seen a internet company like that before but oh well. I’ll just go to another!

Dealing with the service and installation department is the reason for 1 Star. They are very disrespectful and did not do a professional installation. They drilled a round hole in our dry wall and put the plate on crooked in our living room! The internet is fast and works well but I hope I never have to have them come to my home again!

Called Adams fiber today. All my neighbors on 1500th st have signed up for fiber internet. So I called to sign up. Jenny informs me their not servicing my area. Lmao my neighbors just got service.

Omg I just got my service turned on a couple days ago and Im already out of service. Got a faulty modem. No one can do anything with me till Monday. Even the tech service to see if they can restart it cant try till Monday. I am so livid. If it was me look into someone else for internet. Not worth the headache
