I went in and gave my info, they ordered it and after about 24hrs I went in and they put it on. I was very pleased at the job Chris did and will go back if I need glass replaced! Place is a joke. $80 for 2 of the cheapest pieces of glass. Then the glass wasnt even wrapped in anything and i had to transport with nothing to protect it. Wont be spending my money here again.

Found Glass 1 from a random online search to get new glass for my newly purchased, old wood stove. Was really impressed as they called me back immediately. Gave a quote which sounded very reasonable, so I sent off my old glass (you dont have to send glass, you can send a cardboard template) from California and in less than a week the job was done and they sent the new doors, sized just right, for even less than the ballpark estimate. Great service and quality work!

I brought in my window to be fixed. I came at a busy time during the evening. Yet a gentleman was kind and proactive and assisted me with carrying the window (it is very large). I have had prior dealings with this business via my husband and I have no complaints. The work itself is quality as well.

My sons car was taken to this place on my suggestion after some comments Id read online. Wish Id never done that. The rubber seals on the windshield came out from around the window within two weeks of the install, and the woman taking the call about the problem didnt apologize for the problem and informed us that we would have to setup an appointment to get it re-repaired. When asked if the could come to the car to make repair this time we were told that they would have to charge us more money to do it that way. The manager told me that the rubber seals around the windows just fall off sometimes because they sometimes shrink in cooler weather. This is why we took time off to bring it to the shop to begin with. So we wouldnt have to worry about having it done outside in the cooler weather conditions. Im 61 years old and have had many windshields replaced over the years and never had one come apart on me before. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.They also need to hire a new receptionist. The on they have has absolutely no people skills.

I went out of my way to have them fix a small chip in my RV windshield even after my insurance recommended another company. I was not warned of any potential for breakage prior to the attempted repair. The individual who attempted the repair called after the fact and advised me that the windshield cracked while he was attempting the repair. He told me that he was going to check into getting a new windshield. Two days later they called and advised me that a new windshield would be almost $1600.Glass Doctor (also known as Glass One) assumed no responsibility for making the situation worse. If they would have warned my about the high stress area and potential for breakage prior to the repair I wouldnt have let them work on it in the first place. I only wanted to minimize the risk of cracking, hence the initial repair request. I consider myself a reasonable person and attempted to negotiate a more palatable solution but they only were willing to take off $60 because that was the cost of the original chip repair!My situation may not be the norm, but based on my experience I believe Glass Doctor does not use good business practices and customers should be very cautious. I will update if the situation changes, but for now there is no way that I can recommend using this company.

When I called about having my windshield replaced the lady on the phone told me that since i had a $250 deductable on my insurance would I be interested in a cash price, When I asked how much that would be she quoted me a price of $226.55. I said that would work and made an appointment. When I picked it up I was charged $266.07. When I questioned her about this she told me that they probably still had my insurance info in the system and that most people just went ahead and paid it plus I still got a one year warranty on the windshield. Im not very happy about about being told one price and then being charged a higher price,On the plus side I was told that I could use a loaner vehicle and one was provided for me.Ive given it one star for being mislead on the price, although I was happy with the loaner and the promptness in the windshield being fixed.

This company sent a guy out to replace my windshield. A 5 year old child could have done a better job. The installer left the installation in a mess said he would return to fix it, but never did. Do not deal with this company.

They did have a car you could use but the time frame they gave was 2 hrs instead it took 5 and a half hours instead was not status at all
