Friendly, helpful staff - they are always working hard to accommodate the constant rush of customers. I had a temporary mailbox for a few months - very reasonable rate and easy to setup and cancel when the time came. They were quick to notify me of packages and gave me plenty of reminders when it came time to renew or cancel my mailbox. Ive also dropped off a few packages here - never any issues, just quick and friendly service. Location is always clean and organized! Cant say the same for all UPS locations unfortunately.
Fantastic service! Went late in the evening and Precious (the agent with whom I interacted) was phenomenal! Not only did she know her stuff and saved me a trip home to correct my mistake but she was so pleasant and accommodating. Awesome customer service, would deal with Precious again in a heartbeat!
Fast, friendly and courteous service. Every time I have been to this store, there has been a line of people, which moves quick. The staff makes the experience pleasant and they work efficiently to get your packages handled. I observed customers returning numerous Amazon items, no packaging, etc. and no problem. Make sure your have your QR code handy for scanning to make it seamless. The owner focuses on customer service, takes pride in his business and supports the surrounding community.
The UPS store continually shows why they are beating the USPS in the delivery game!!!! Always have the BEST customer service and helpful and friendly staff. Completely different operation than usps even though they do very similar things. Love my local store in Quincy!
This place is great! Clean, efficient, and serves its purpose. All the employees are very nice and super HELPFUL. Once I forgot a receipt and an employee walked it outside and found me in my car on a freezing day. Rarely find service (let alone people) like that in the city. Happy this is my local UPS store.
The best UPS Store location in Massachusetts, by far! The team is incredibly professional. I had a small move from Boston to California with a lot of oddly shaped items. They explained each step of the process so I understood the charges and services. They even re-packed some items and cut boxes down so that I would save money on shipping costs. By far the best UPS Store in New England. If youre anywhere within 20 miles of the store, go to this one. It is definitely worth the drive.
I had a few packages to drop off at UPS but also had my dog with me. I decided to carry her while holding my packages in my other hand. One of the UPS employees noticed and came outside to take my packages and bring me back a receipt. I was so grateful for the help- thank you!
I would like to recognize all three employees working last Sunday at or slightly after 10am for brightening up my day. So helpful and laughed at my jokes. They are really good people and should be recognized. Will make it a point to come back here.
The store its self is amazing and clean and parking is great! Only problem is a young female I was working with didnt seem to happy to be there making me feel awkward. I have no idea what Im doing and drove an hour to this store and just didnt expected to be treated like that and just needed help to understand the process better for next time. Definitely will return to the store just wont be working with her again.

Outstanding customer service! I got to the store in Quincy 15 minutes before they closed but the employee who helped me was extremely patient and helpful. He helped me understand the process and helped me SAVE MONEY by consolidating what I shipped. He ended up staying 20 minutes past closing time, and never once took a shortcut when getting my stuff ready to be shipped. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
The staff there is amazing they are always willing to go the extra mile to help you with your packing and shipping needs. They carry dozens of boxes in a variety of sizes. My first experience at the ups store in quincy made me a future customer in any future logistical needs
One of the worst places Ive ever gone to send mail. The woman behind the counter was nice but the men in the store are all about ripping people off with their attitudes. Firstly, I know it does not cost, $126.00 to send a freaking photo to my grandmother in the UK. In fact, I went to the post office and got it done for only $37.45. Yes, you read that right. That is a huge difference.I even got charged for tape, like what the heck. I swear people are losing customer respect more and more.Do yourself a favor-go to the post office.
This business is professional, courteous, so very welcoming. Every time I have to do business with them I leave smiling😊. They always help me when I am clueless & have to do something electronically. Theyre a great asset to our community!
This UPS store in Quincy really went above and beyond! I lost the tracking receipt for a package I needed to send; an employee and manager really went digging, found the tracking number, and were able to explain to me exactly what happened with this package. Highly recommended!

The facility and staff are great. But exiting the parking lot is extraordinarily dangerous (blind spot).
Difficult to find, need google maps, on a one way street, not much parking. Otherwise it does what its supposed to.
Just dropped off a LABLED READY TO SHIP box here. They dont have a drop-off box/counter. They make you wait in a long line behind people who are NOT prepared, who need boxes, tapes, labels, etc. Being used to just drop off, my wife went to the counter (skipped the long line). She got yelled at by a young Asian attendant. He took her box and tossed it with an attitude after yelling at her. What an idiot. No wonder why robots are taking over these idiots jobs.

There are some helpful facilities provided for packaging. The staff are always quick to respond to customers and offer helpful information regarding shipping options. I never feel pressured one way or another. The store has parking. This is my go to UPS store. Ive mailed 5 packages in the past 2 months and had no problems with the delivery or delivery timing.
They were great to me late on Saturday, October 28th. They couldnt have been more helpful or nice. They made my day. I finally got the package that UPS tracking showed going both here and there, all at the same time. They nailed it down, though, and got my package into my hands.
