The employees and clients are very friendly and nice. The company works with your schedule and keep you busy. Good company to work for.
If you want peace of mind and a reliable work schedule, please stay away from this agency. The coordinators are arrogant! Especially Ann Mary & Jim. Worst team to work with. They will deny you work if you refuse to pick up their worst cases. Not a favorable place for student nurses. Very frustrating agency. Please save yourself the stress.
Its a very sensitive place to work some times they push all the work for us agencys some managers seem to value their employees.am so trying to push to work harder.thank you for the opportunity.
Very Good Company To Work. They Are Very Honest People. My Experience Working For Them Has Being Nothing But Excellent.
Do yourself a favor and do not work for this establishment or use it for a loved one. They only care about money. Clients(elderly & sickly) mean nothing at all. Many violations occur on a daily basis. Have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, along with GLSS and other senior establishments. A key to an elderly building was lost on Labor Day and clients were not fed, medications given, bathed or companionship that day. Documentation can be produced. They are unethical, unprofessional and lack both morals and values. Only after money. They hire right off the streets. Do you want a loved one cared for by someone off the streets??? Again, I highly recommend you do not use this agency. Also the pay is embarrassing
Through the dedicated work of our exceptional employees, for over 45 years, Anodyne has provided exceptional care to our clients. Anodyne is very proud of its staff and proud of the services we provide. Anodyne aides are well trained, pre-screened, and committed. While it is disappointing to read some posts, I can assure you the posts are inaccurate. We have been in business many years, are experienced, provide exceptional services, and we believe our employees are the best available.Thank you to all we serve. We are always available to speak with anyone if they have concerns or questions. - Courtney Quinn, Director of Human Resources
I am new to this agency and I must say that its a terrible place to work in. From the poor communication from coordinators, to rude supervisors. I recently had a supervisor yell at me on the phone just because I complained about their miscommunication of their nurses and coordinators. Its a healthcare agency, right? It’s supposed to be team work and communication is key. They don’t have respect for employees.
Flexible hours and good clients
Anodyne is a great company and filled with professionals who take their time to get to know you and your situations so they can find the best employment that meets your need. I enjoyed dealing with Kelly Tratzinski, she is very professional, understanding and has the patience of a saint. You cant go wrong with this company!
Hi people!I have been reaching out regarding my mold! It’s death mold and I could be dying you know!!!!!! I’ve sent email to my contact and nothing. I live in Quincy and I’m swapping my nails for a week or so tomorrow I’m super super stressed out with the kids!
I was a temp for this staffing company and they were the worst. Never calls you back. But the maid was awesome she was treated like a small sister.
Temp agency, seriously? had no idea. only hire ppl who dont speak English, and they walk in with ear buds in their ears so when you talk to them you can be heard by whomever is on the phone. among other issues.... too numerous
Great agency! Helpful, friendly and found work quickly. Would recommend to friends and family.
I just want to give a big shout out to Joan Connolly Staffing Specialist for helping me with finding great Medical Assistant jobs right after I graduated and I am truly grateful that she gave me a chance to show my abilities and continues to find me work so I can get the experience and the great pay!! Thank you so much Joan!!!
Great experience overall - very kind and professional staff, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for home care services for themselves or family members.
I was a temp for this staffing company and they were the worst. As soon as I was let go from one job they basically never helped me again. It was like I reached out through phone calls and email and never heard back. It was extremely annoying. They talk about how they want to help but they are quite useless if you ask me. I would never send any of my friends or family to go there. Ive read a number of reviews stating how they give all these benefits.... what benefits.. I never saw any benefits. I saw a lot of attitude and no help when I had question or issues about harassment in the work place.
I would seriously advise you to ask as many questions as possible. This company will take advantage of you. They do not pay you for their 8 hour new hire orientation which is illegal and they get through that with a loop hole of saying you arent technically highered on paper.... yet the orientation is for policies and procedures for newly hired employeesI find that unethicalThey dont pay for travelThey do not have direct deposit and the response I was told was because of cost issues...I was thoroughly disappointed in the way they show value and appreciation for their employees. Perhaps that is an explanation on their high turn over employee rate
I would like to say thank you for each of the coordinators I worked with them at Anodyne .specialty AnnMary Durkin she’s have good understanding, it’s always easy to talk with her. I would like to say Anodyne thank you to have accepted me even with out experience. Anodyne was my first job in Boston, It’s a pleasure to serves theirs clients. After 4 years I would like to say to anyone who would like to work with Anodyne you can do it. The best part of Anodyne is they always have work for you guys. Mirline M Desravines
Best agency ever always on time, and some of them are even cute!
The worst place to workHHA/CNA /SHCA (Former Employee), Quincy, MA/ Brockton,MA – April 26, 2019Pros: The ClientsCons: Everything The whole companyBy far the worst place I have ever worked and I’ve been a CNA/Hha for about 10 years The pay sucks and management sucks. They don’t care about the well-being of the employees at all one day I called because as I was driving into work my windshield wipers stopped working and it was pouring raining out that day and I have called the office to explain it to the on-call management and the attitude and the lack of consideration and well-being of the employee was totally disrespected . They placed me on a site that is clearly only meant for a homemakers and me as a CNA/HHA/SHCA Only doing homemaking work was a bit of a smack in the face I explain to the company as to what I was looking forward to doing and they just placed me on a site that they just wanted to fill didn’t hear what I was looking for as an employee .
Not good with communicating changes or cancellationsWorkers not trained well...one couldnt even load a dishwasherAnodyne needs to show more respect to their employees; they need to be professionals and treat theiremployees as professionals...perhaps they might develop a loyal employee base.Anodyne should pay mileage when they ask their employee to take an assignment out of their normalarea. Anodyne has these employees traveling all over the Cape without compensation for miles.
Poorly ran management with semi-professional liers.John K.
