I had never used an employment agency to find a job before and this experience was fabulous. They were kind, encouraging, and very helpful. They were easy to contact and kept me updated every step of the way. Within a week of filling out an application with Inter-Connect I received an offer of employment. The job they found me was a higher paying, full-time position with great benefits. I dont believe I would have even been aware of the open position if it wasnt for them. They know their stuff and find the best fit for their clients. I am very thankful for the wonderful job they did for me.

They were so accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond for me! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an employment agency! If you’re looking for a job/career I highly recommend you give these amazing ladies a call!

This is the WORST place I have ever been to. I stayed in constant communication with them and all I got was lied to. They are not out to helping people and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Recently got a job here through interconnect after 18months from applying. I had 3 other job offers at the time, and picked interconnect because the job they offered paid more. I recently got laid off from the job which isnt a shock my first day 6 people got laid off then more and more the following weeks. The reason was because they ran low on work to do which is understandable, but what is not understandable is interconnect telling me i got laid off for attendance which is false and then telling me they have no other openings for other places but have posts on Facebook for the positions available, one of the worst places to find a job if youre in a rush. Better off applying at Addecco, Staff Quick, or QPS, highly less of a chance from getting laid off and they can start you the following week.

In the past, I have relied solely on the Internet for job searching. This can be so time consuming and exhausting. Often, you send out many, many resumes and get a few replies and go on multiple exhausting interviews only to find the job is not what you thought, or you are in line with 300 other people for the position. Then you sit on pins and needles and wait for weeks, only to get bad news over and over. Recently, when looking for new employment, I decided to try Inter-Connect. I had been told that most of the really good jobs out there are never advertised on the Internet, and certainly not in the newspaper. Busy managers dont have time to interview 200-300 people only to find 90% of them dont even qualify for the job. They have hiring agencies find just a few suitable candidates to send them so that they know the people they will interview are well-suited for the position they need to fill. I talked to Marcy at Inter-Connect, and she had me come in for testing on a couple of computer programs and give a brief interview. She matched me with a job she thought I was suited for, I went on the interview, and I nailed it! She matched me perfectly to a job that I absolutely love--the work I do, the people there, everything. If you are unemployed, or just looking to change to something new and more suited to you, call Marcy at Inter-Connect. She is awesome at matching people up with the right job. I believe I have finally found the place I will be until I retire!

Have been back and fourth for weeks with them updated my employment then dont hear back call them and they ask all the same questions and act like I never gave them work history before its been a month and its like Im starting at step on again Im desperate need of a job and they waste my time and act like Im brand new every time I call never had this much trouble getting a job before but this is clearly out of my hands poor communication and lack of care just hands down time wasted sad when you got a family to feed and people like this cant even try to help you get back to work because they could care less

I will always be thankful to the staff at Iner-connect for placing me at my current place of employment. They took the time to get to know me and by doing so they were able to find the perfect position that best suited me. From start to finish the process was very smooth and enjoyable. Nice and friendly staff but they NEVER call you back. To get anywhere you have to constantly call them and check on your application. They say they will call you back with details or to schedule an interview and never do.

I am very disappointed actually. I have applied through the web side in many...many...many...jobs that I know was qualified and never had even one call. That is on a years plus that has happened and I must have applied in 20 or more jobs. I finally gave up and stopped applying to their openings. And to me, the employer is choosing it maybe somewhat true but I cannot help think that something is not working right when somebody has applied again and again and again and........
