Helga and Dean were a dream to work with!!!! Helga got my wedding dress altered perfectly within two weeks of my wedding. She also altered two other dresses that I threw at her last minute. great communication and an overall excellent experience. I can’t recommend this team enough. Thank you Helga and Dean!!!

Helga is a true master of her craft. If you can bear patience with communications, she delivers a fabulous service. She was able to alter a suit jacket within a very short period of time, and it fit on the first try. I will be returning to have future items tailored by her hands. Very pleased, and would absolutely recommend.

Helga is an amazing seamstress, she can do this in her sleep. Unfortunately, she is way to busy. Does not keep proper records, names, numbers. Does not show up for appointments, does not answer, return calls. I have gone by so many times at different times of days and to no avail, no one ever there. They still have my coat that I can not get back after 2 years. Also she has a very impolite-unprofessional helper.

Very very kind. I was in and out in a flash and she noticed things I didnt. She took good care of me. Ill be back to do my wedding dress!

Im just asking if anyone had alteration done with fabric made of 95 rayon and 5 spandex.. I was told by one company it cant be done cause of the fabric. I need this done very soon for my sons wedding

Unfortunately Helga had my dress for two and a half months before my sisters wedding and STILL had not touched it. I had to continuously call and check to see if she was working on it to which the answer was always no. After physically going into the store to check on the dress a week before the wedding, the front desk person told me again she had not touched the dress and asked if I would like to pick it up on the next Saturday. I said yes and came back to pick up the dress with no time to try it on because of work paid and left. My dress does not fit. And she did not touch the length of the dress after we had discussed it. I am not happy with her work. I did not have time to get the dress altered after picking it up from her.

They were completely unorganized and waited last minute to start on my wedding dress. I went in for my wedding dress 2 months before the wedding date. She did not start on my dress til two weeks before and canceled many appointments because she was not ready for me. I ended up getting my dress the day before I had to leave for my destination wedding. The fit ended up fine, but was not happy with how the time was managed and how she kept canceling my appointment because she chose to not start my dress until last minute. And when I expressed my concern about the canceled appointments and the last minute start, they did not seem to care that I was upset over the late start. Just laughed and said it’ll be done.. also my bustle for my dress was not what we had talked about and actually the loops she put in fell apart as the night went on. Will not be recommending or returning to them for any future alterations.

Helga does a phenomenal job. I have had to have things both taken in and let out and the pieces always look brand new. My girlfriends wedding dress was almost ruined by another alteration place and Helga worked her magic to fit the dress perfectly!

Love Ms Helga! I took my dress and a bridesmaid dress to be done 3 weeks before wedding, was wonderful working with her and her son. Great people!

My dress was there for over a month, when asked at the very beginning about how much this would cost I was told by the gentleman there I dont know I got charged over 250 dollars and when I called to ask exactly what all I got charged for the gentleman that answer was very rude about it. not good customer service. Very disappointed. Helga herself was sweet to me .

Helga is an artist and genius in her craft. Be explicit in instructions for optimum satisfaction.

I set an appointment with this business a month before the date scheduled, and I received an automated text less than an hour before my appointment time that my appointment had been rescheduled to the day after at the same time. This is very disheartening because I had to take off work for this appointment and travel over an hour for said appointment; I was already halfway to Quincy by the time I received notification of the rescheduled appointment.

Scheduled appointment...Helga was a no show...no call. Bad business.
