We bought a FOTILE ventilator from this store, which was recommended by a friend. The sales was very nice and knowledgeable, helped us compare with different models, introduced Black Friday promos, also helped us arrange the installation.The handyman came to our house 3 days later and finished the installation in an hour, also instructed us about the care and maintenance.The ventilator was much more powerful and quieter than our previous Samsung, eliminating most of the smells from cooking. Highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional staff. We brought the wrong unit due to misinformation from the unprofessional staff team. The staff team dont even understand the difference b/w the models. We came back to ask if they can help fix the issue. However, the owner told us (in person) that we are not responsible for any after sales service, you need to call the manufacturer. Please go somewhere else and dont waste your time and money here

My husband and I just built a new home in the Boston area and we had been looking around for a quartz countertop for our new kitchen. Well we found the same exact quartz at Federal Kitchen and Lighting in Quincy (tucked away minutes outside of the center) that we had found at Norfolk Hardware and In House Kitchen Designs and there was quite a substantial price difference. Federal Kitchen no doubt had the best price! Also, we ordered glass shower doors for my tub thru Federal Kitchen that were absolutely beautiful and of high quality! We requested the trim be in brushed nickel, which was so lovely. Like I said, these two items were not only beautiful, but were quality and the installation turn-around time was very good. Overall, we couldnt be more pleased with our purchases and dealings with Federal Kitchen. We dealt with Jack who was an outstanding guy...very attentive, patient and honorable. We would 100% recommend Jack and Federal Kitchen to anyone and everyone we know! Stop in and give them a look at, you seriously wont regret it!

We had a great experience from the moment we entered Federal Kitchen and Lighting. Jack was wonderful. He listened to everything we said and with his designers came up with the perfect kitchen. Jack and the staff made the entire process run smoothly. We had a tight timeframe and they were able to install the cabinets by our deadline. I definitely recommend Federal Kitchen and Lighting!

The cabinets were definitely the less priciest in Quincy. But the cabinets do come in as is and there are no returns or replacement parts. But the quartz is beautiful. The girl in the front desk did make a mistake on my design and I had to correct her. And she was pretty unclear about the different charges between the cabinets and labor. You have to pay for the cabinets first. If you need installation then its half of labor cost up front. When its time to install the quartz, then you must pay the other half of labor cost first before installation. They do not handle plumbing or electrical works. Its about the cheapest in Quincy so you get what you pay for. Im overall satisfied.

Finally, we got the last minute promotion for Fotile ventilator is amazing! Significant changes company with previous whirlpool one. If you cook a lot at home and love the deep fried food, Fotile definitely is your best option. Highly recommend!

Terrible Experience!!!!Terrible Customer Service!!!!Overcharged!!!The guy was nice to you at the first time when you visited the store, but later he was very rude and impatient. He will give the totally two different prices to you and other customers on the same products. He will sell you the cabinets without considering about any quality and your kitchen. He was irresponsible, impatient and rude.Will never visit again!!!

Tried to have a range vent installed, a kid quoted me over the phone a random number, I come in to get details and they want to send someone to look at the project first (duh?). They never show, they never call. Later I call to follow up and Im told they dont do installation and get hung up on. Business must be good to throw away a customer like this. In the store Joe was an incredibly helpful and nice guy, too bad the rest of the staff couldnt live up to his representation.

I just installed Shangtai Tobacco Hood last week! I like it very much, it smokes a lot! Easy to clean and looks great! I do n’t have to worry about cooking the smoke anymore!
