Shame on me for using this comedian twice. Disorganized, sloppiest plumber ever. Likes to take trips with his helper for parts at my expense. Left water flowing from pipe while at supplier. Didnt like my question, why is this job so expensive ? Tenant upstairs had no water when he left. He did come back to fix it but what an attitude. Complete rip off

Chennette Plumbing was recommended to me by a local plumbing supply store as being expert in complicated heating systems (in my case, a steam boiler also running a hot water system and indirect water heater). Therese running the office was responsive, and was able to send someone the same day. They know their stuff and fixed a system that had confused another plumber. They worked quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Chennette Plumbing is a company I would gladly work with again.

I, like most people, only call a plumber when I absolutely must and for all the obvious reasons. So, yesterday was one of those times. But the plumbing contractor Ive been using for the past 20 years said they had no time for my leaking sanitary pipe. They also wouldnt recommend another contractor for their longtime customer, in good standing.Fortunate for me, I called Chenette Plumbing & Heating. They were outstanding, in my opinion. They called and asked if they could come earlier than expected. Steve, the plumbing mechanic was a true professional. First of all, they showed up earlier than expected. Which i like. I needed a new water heater installed. The plumber disconnected the old one within minutes. He installed the new one and came across some problemsWith the water valves leaking. He fixed the valves and finished the job without any issues. He was professional, courteous and his attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you again. Great job.

Had Chenette service for a leaking toilet. Dave came and fixed it, quickly, without wasting time. Did a thorough replacement of valve and tube inlet fixes. Very professional. The total charge is reasonable, below other companies. Very satisfied with the service.

I contacted Chenette Plumbing to do some emergency work while our regular plumber was on vacation. I was quite surprised when Mr. Chenette refused to do work at our property because I had questioned the necessity of COD payment from us, another Quincy company that had been here in the same location and business for 42 years. He was most rude and actually hung up on me - I was most taken aback. Not at all professional.

Do not let them sell and install a heating system, the new heater they have installed has stopped working 5 times in 2 months UNACCEPTABLE!!!
