These guys went way beyond their call of duty on a Holiday. They rescued my Daughter and Grandkids. When they broke down 1,000 miles away from home. Not only towed her truck to a responsible repair shop and get my Children off the highway and to a safe place. They did everything I asked and more. Praise Praise Praise the lord for people like this.

I gave these guys a call to get my car towed, and was fully expecting them to get to it when they got to it. What I got, instead, was friendly, professional service at a great price, and my car was on a truck within 20 minutes of my call. These guys are, simply, amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waited for over 2 hours they never showed tried to call they didnt answer. Insurance co. Had to get different co and now have to wait another hour. Dont use this co.

Everyone that works at towing solutions has been nothing but courteous and helpful with my situation.

In the waning hours of the evening, our pleasant journey southbound on 61 was quickly turned sour. The alternator of my 2007 Durango had been ambushed by a ferocious gremlin. After losing another fight—this one the fight against the ineptitude of Agera Roadside assistance— we called every tow company in the area.So there I was- in the dark with my truck dead on the side of the road with my fiancé, 2 dogs, and a very unhappy cat. Battery dead. Cell phones on 13%. Other tow company’s drivers were “out of town,” or didn’t answer our pleas for assistance.Towing Solutions answered. Towing Solutions would deliver us from our plight.A glorious tow truck then appeared. I was blinded by its heavenly lights as it pulled in front of us. All I could make out was the silhouette of what was surely an angel approaching. And lo, our savior took form. And he was Albert.The next day, even though his duties were complete, Albert even called to make sure we had gotten our alternator replaced and if were able to get back on the road.Thank you, Albert.

Driver was helpful tire on my jeep was seized on he was able to get it off and no charge because he said he later than he told me on the phone

Alex was my driver and he arrived promptly after being notified by my insurance company. He was polite and made me feel really comfortable. He was also flexible when I had a slight change of plans regarding the final destination of where I wanted my car to get fixed. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend him & this company should you need a tow service!

I called on Friday to have someone tow my car. I was told by the man that answered the phone that he was currently on the side of the road helping someone else, but would get my car after that or have the night guy do it. Well all weekend my car sat where it was, never towed. Monday my husband calls to see why it was never towed and the lady that answered said we never called. And then she starts yelling at him and calling him a liar. Someone else got on the phone and you could still hear her calling him a liar because she was there all day Friday and she didnt talk with anyone about it. Well I didnt talk to her, I talked with a man. Will never use! Called another place and they had it towed within an hour.

The tow truck driver was more than friendly and able to help us out in the time of need

On Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend, we had a flat tire on our goldwing 10 miles north of Quincy. We were riding with 16 other bikers going from Minnesota to Branson. We called AAA. They tried for hours to find us a tow for a motorcycle. They couldnt find one. I called 911 and they contacted Towing Solutions. They were there to help us in about 20 minutes! They were so helpful. Highly reccomend them!
