With over a decade of experience, Jackie (owner/mechanic) is truly a master of his craft. He was able to book me the very next day when I called late Tuesday afternoon. There were no surprises to what he quoted me for the services over the phone. The price was much more reasonable than the last auto shop I went to, and he finished the job in a fraction of the time. I will be going to see Jackie for all my future automotive needs.

JL is a small independently owned auto repair shop with an experienced, honest local mechanic who doesn’t over charge. He has extensive experience with Hondas. I was very pleased and will return for all of my future work.

Needs to do better job at scheduling and sticking to your pricing even if you under quoted your customer. Especially when a loyal customer like myself drove 45 min from Marlborough to Quincy for a appointment for replacing inner and outer tie rods with and alignment. Not to mention was quoted $175, Come to find out that I was supposedly quoted wrong mistake on their behalf. Also I agreed to pay new asking price($329) to still getting told he could NOT work on my car due to incoming appointments later that afternoon, mind you my appointment was for 3:30pm. I left that shop dissatisfied and angry at 4PM I drove by passing the shop again to see that they were closed at 4 PM(though you had incoming appointments?) that same afternoon. Felt lied too miss treated and was Angry WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS SHOP AGAIN! Get it together JACKIE Thats not how you do business especially to loyal customers The family will not be servicing our cars there any more.

Came in for an oil change and inspection. Jackie got the work done quick and let me know some issues with my front end suspension before starting the full inspection. Good to be able to have some time to get it repaired rather than be charged for a failed inspection. Honest and trustworthy mechanic

Im so happy I found Jackie, he will be my mechanic for life! I have a Mercedes that needed brakes, he not only replaced the pads but did it in a few hours.Also, he works by himself and stands behind his work with a 30,000 mile warranty. Dont know any other place that gives this top notch service.He got me right in and was very fair with his prices. He told me he just opened a couple of weeks ago.Please give JL a try, I promise you will never go anywhere else!
