I have been a customer of Pauls Auto Body for many years. It started out because of convenience, I worked nearby within walking distance that I could leave my car there with minimum impact of my day. But since the first visit, I have become a loyal customer.Yesterday I went again because of a questionable battery problem. Paul changed my 6- years old battery and even washed my car for me. The entire encounter was painless, effortless, communicative and on time. At this difficult time, it was great to see Paul look healthy, happy and energetic as ever. I was rushing in and out with my car but on my way driving home, I realized how pleasant it was to see Pauls smile again.I have written 5-star reviews before and I feel compelled to write again today. I dropped my Audi A4 that got hit on the passenger side off on a Monday, Paul said it would be ready on Friday. As a guy that works in a similar field I figured in a buffer time but sure enough it was ready mid day Friday for the same price that was quoted. Would recommend to anyone.

I went to this place a couple month ago. The car I brought to them was a new Tiguan with 6400 miles on the odometer.The drivers door had a dent, which I wanted to have fixed by Pauls Auto Body. The color wasnt damaged at all.The people working at this shop are very nice and friendly.The problem is their quality of work.You can imagine, a car with only 6400 miles has still a perfect paint coating. When I got the car back from a body shop, I expected something similar.After fixing the dent, they decided to do a blending on my door.I picked up the car at night. At that point you didnt see the terrible job they did on my door.The pictures I uploaded will talk for themselves. They charged me $942 for this job.The whole drivers side looked so terrible, that I decided to sell this car.I found some trash in the car after the visit, which lead me to the conclusion, they did personal trips with it.I dont recommend this shop at all.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The answer of the company owner regarding my review shows again how unprofessional this company is.Instead of accepting that not every customer is happy about their sloppy work, they are trying to sell a with sandpaper refinished door as beautiful work.I never have experienced something like that....

They did an excellent job on my FJ Cruiser! I have taken our family vehicles to various detailing places throughout the years, which for most of them means an inside and outside wash. These guys did an actual detail, going under every nook and cranny of my vehicle making it look like brand new. Definitely Pauls will be seeing me again!

Did a great job restoring my 67 Mustang

Very nice people until they have your money. They lost my 97 year old grandmothers handicapped parking placard while fixing her car. Not a big deal, things happen. But I called them and left a message, and they never called me back. I called them again a week later and they said theyd check around. Once again, they never called me back. Finally, it was easier to go to the registry and get a duplicate. Very misleading, as they were super nice and responsive before they got paid, but couldnt have cared less after.

Paul Bates and his staff always get the job done right. Attention to detail and courteous service is pervade,no matter the job big or small. Convenient location close to bus, T station and major highway.

This is the only place you should ever bring your car! Paul is is not only about the nicest guy youll ever meet, but his repair work is perfect. I have brought more cars here than I care to admit and Ive been happy every time. I have never had even a minor complaint. The work is done on time and on budget. And if possible, Paul or Jodie will hunt around to find a used part that will save you some money. Recently, someone slammed into my car the day after I agreed to a trade-in price when buying a new car. I was afraid the deal was going to fall through. But Paul expedited everything, worked with the insurance company to keep things moving and got everything fixed. The dealer gave me the same pre-accident deal As Paul said Why shouldnt he? The cars better than new. Hes right. It was. A great place. Go here.

Best detail shop and body shop around family owned for over 40 years no better place to bring your car

The work took 6 weeks, over a dozen calls for updates and estimates went unreturned, and I left paying way more than I had expected to. After several prior positive experiences here, I’ll never go back. Paul’s is not what it used to be.

Needed to drill some screw holes into my bumper. The mechanic helped me without free of charge. Nice people there.

Terrible experience here. Repairs took 6 weeks, and calls went unaswered. We were overcharged and when we questioned it, repairs were thwarted. 2 doors were worked on, and 2 doors came back with electrical problems. The buttons were working when the vehicle went in, were not working when the vehicle came out. Paul offered to make it right, but did not do so when he had the chance. I will never take my car here again, nor allow my freinds or family to do so.

Had just moved to Quincy, and got into a small fender bender. Broke my headlamp and upon reading the great reviews on Yelp for Pauls Auto Body I went there.Paul himself gave me a quote very quickly and scheduled my repair for a few days later. He was able to fix my car quickly, and when it took even less time then expected he passed that savings along to me!!!!!!I had already agreed to his estimate, and when I mentioned that he charged my credit card for less then the amount I had agreed to- he simply said, Oh yeah, It didnt take as long to install as I thought it would.I am taken back by his honesty, integrity, and the skill of Paul and his employees. Could not recommend this shop higher!

My car drivers side door was backed into. I brought my car in they were supposed to get me a new door but only repaired the door with a used door now have to bring it back because geico told them what they wanted and he did just that screwing me over on my repair. I brought it back to paul and he said okay but have to wait for other customers ahead of me instead of say okay well do it now with something for the Inconvenience of having to redo the car door.

My car looked so much better than I expected when Paul finished wit it. It looked new.
