They have an execeptable monthly premium, and great costumer service except for getting back to you. Recently I totaled my vehicle, and they jerked me around for about 11days trying to low ball me on a total loss claim. $3 grand less than nada retail, (which all banks use to evaluate the loan they can give you) and not to mention getting them to call you cack is like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will be looking for a different insurance as of today.
