It takes great service for me to write a review, so here I am. I called many other companies because my cat was stuck in a tree about 40 to 50 feet up. A couple answered and said they do get cats down but didn’t seem concerned about coming out. Had a company tell me to wait a couple days and see if it comes down. Then I Called Clean Cut around 5:30 . He Picked up on the first couple of rings I asked if he get cats out of trees. He said yes he does. Asked me some question about how long the cat was up there. Told him about 6 hours. Said he was turning around and was heading to my place. He was here when he said he would be which was about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional, asked some questions about the cats demeanor. Climb the tree and placed the cat in a pillow case and brought her down safely. Cat seemed to be thankful she was being rescued. After speaking with him he genuinely seemed to be a really nice guy and hard worker. If you want honest work done then call this company!!!

Wade came today to cut down a hideous laurel tree that was overgrown and just a mess. He was honest, fair and did an amazing job. He cleaned everything up and even cut us up some firewood. We will definitely hire Wade again for any tree work we have!
