I loved the service I received. I had never had my sewing machine serviced and I have had it for about 5 years. When I went in to get it serviced I was well informed and felt comfortable leaving my precious machine. I was kept well informed the entire time they were servicing it. When I picked it up I was greeted very pleasantly and quickly. I will be taking my other two machines in soon.

TERRIBLE customer service. Thankfully the owner is a reasonable human and made my horrific experience better. If you are requesting a service to be performed on your equipment take photos of the before and after. I would also recommend reviewing the work order before leaving your item at the shop. I would rather purchase a new vacuum than take mine back to be fixed.

Narissa should be replaced. You cannot just flat out lie to customers. Georgette, I really appreciate your help.

I visited this location three times. Theyre friendly and informative. Repairs were performed in the time they promised and at the agreed cost.

I went to Quality Sewing and Vacuum in search of a sewing machine for my wife. The assistance that I received was fantastic. Knowledgeable, skilled, helpful and very friendly. This location has always been helpful. When I knew it was time to replace my old machine, one of the ladies helped me oil it up and at least attempt to get the squeak out. When she confirmed what I already knew, it was a very low end model and wasnt worth the money to even try to fix it if it even could be fixed and Id rather spend that on a new machine that would grow with me. I had a model in mind but was open to suggestions. She went over several machines, which was a challenge being the middle of the pandemic and stock was low because everyone is sewing masks. Im so glad I did, because I ultimately bought the Baby Lock Jubilant, which I absolutely love.Ive been back in to buy other items as well as bags for my Miele upright, which I purchased at a different location.Every time Ive gone in theyve always been helpful. I highly recommend this location. Its easily accessible and for the most part, plenty of parking.

They fixed my machines problem & more. Love their extra warranty service that you can purchase. The people here have always been so friendly & helpful.

They have recently begun in store classes again and it was so fun to be back in a class with teachers who want to see everyone succeed with their project. QSV has great staff. I ended up selecting the PFF Performance Icon and I am thrilled with it. I have been n several times since purchasing my machine and I am always greeted with a smile.I was able to meet the Paul, who is the owner, at the event. The ladies are really nice and the store is fun to explore. A bit pricey for machines to be repaired but the closest one by a few hour drive.

My experience was absolutely wonderful the ladies were very supportive at all times and I am a difficult person because I have a hard time remembering things and I have a difficult with the directions not from them but fruhcom what I am trying to figure out on my information from the company where I got the project.

Staff in there was helpful. They have specialists for different brands. They were out of the brand name stuff I was looking for and the tech there was able to recommend one that was a better price for more and I ended up liking a lot.

Actually, the person that I worked with on my last visit was very good, knowledgeable and helpful. This is not the case for everyone there. Some of the employees are not friendly, they dont smile, nor do they even acknowledge you with eye contact or with a quick smile when you enter the store. Im not sure why that is. I also have to say, that I noticed over the last year or so, new employees that I have not seen before were hired or placed in this S. H. store and I feel that maybe that is why my last couple of visits there have improved and I felt welcomed . It seems like the newer employees have a better customer service, and retail skills.

I recently took a Shark Rotator vacuum to this establishment for repair. After being greeted, the gentleman took our vacuum to a workbench and after asking several questions proceeded to simply flip a switch, low and behold it started working immediately. When I asked how much, the gentleman said no charge. A company this honest has to be a quality establishment. Thanks for your help and honesty!

Mrs. Narissa is amazing she listened to what projects I wanted to create and told me she knows the perfect sewing machine and she will locate it for me. She demonstrated all features and really took her time explaining everything and was not pushing a sell on me. She was warm and knowledgeable and I have went back to purchase a DX Scan N Cut to match my Brother Dream Machine.

I have purchased several embroidery an serger machines at Quality Sewing and have been delighted with the staff and their knowledge of all of the machines. Amazing. After my purchases, the staff has always ready and able to answers questions and take the time to sit down with me and show me on a machine like mine how to solve my problem. There are classes that are fun to help you learn your machine, too and the staff is great, patient teachers. They, also, will work with you financially so you are able to purchase the sewing, embroidery, quilting machines or serger of your desire. There is also an excellent service center to keep your machine running perfectly. I cant say enough good things about Quality Sewing.

Came along with my mother, she was looking for a sewing machine. Everytime my mom asked a question she was met with attitude. They werent hard questions I dont know what that womans problem was. Cashier was nice though.

Great customer service. Manager Michelle did research on my warranty and demonstrated great communication skills. Her findings were favorable and my machine was still under warranty. Yes I was a little comprehensive at first but after reading the reviews about your company we called and got your sales agent Jenna . She first assured us that your company first and fore-most objective was to have a total satisfied customer and I can say she more than did that. She took the time to answer every question we had from ordering to shipping, questions about the serger and made sure at the end that we were completely satisfied with the order. We got a e-mail with the tracking number and knew where it was and when we would receive it. It came I set it up and it runs perfect. You can be sure you have a lifetime online customer. Staff there is great. For those of you who attended the class on Friday January 17th at the Puyallup store by debbie denny on stabilizer, the threads, software programs just would be interested in your review of theclass. I felt if they had presented the information about software and stabilizer as advertised at the very beginning of the class the first part of the morning session would have been much more useful then all the sales information about the Notions and scissors and adhesives. I found by the time they got to the stabilizer information it was the last hour and a half and the third of the class had already left. Disappointed

I thought it was just me but after reading the other reviews I know Im not imagining things. I always feel uncomfortable when I shop in this store. Ive purchased several big ticket items at this store and every time I shop in there, I always feel like the employees arent very welcoming. They dont even give you chance to fully come inside and get your bearings before they begin interrogating you. They give off a weird vibe. Im currently looking for another store to purchase my Bernina items from because I dont feel comfortable shopping at this store anymore. I may just make any future purchases in Portland or Seattle.

Since I posted a review that I had been having a problem I was contacted by management. They thanked me for making them aware of the problem and will work with the store to make it better. I had one sales lady follow me and stand so close behind me, it felt uncomfortable. Im not sure if she thought I was going to steal or she works on commission? I have been to this store several times before and the employees who work there always talk to each other as if Im not there. Some are very helpful and others have their noses in the air! I never feel welcome and I will look else where for my sewing needs!

Bought my Meile vacuum here six years ago, so glad I did because it has been the best vacuum I have ever owned and when it recently started this horrible squealing sound, my husband took it in and dropped it off; we had it back the next day with a new motor installed at no cost as it was still under warranty. You cant beat that kind of service and integrity anywhere. I will never buy another vacuum or shampooer( also bought my shampooer here several years ago) anywhere else!

I was quite disappointed. Instead of a warm welcome and hello, I was met with a sense of irritation and no interest. There seemed to be a lot of variety and equipment, which would be neat to spend time around and learn, but I will not be going back. The dimeaner at this store reminded me of why I have learned to quilt on my own - why is it that most quilters/sewers have an air of arrogance and superiority about them? This store fell right in line. Too bad.

Its always wonderful to find a small local company with quality products and that runs their business with integrity. I dont write reviews often, but I am so impressed with this store that I want everyone to know they are an amazing company. I have purchased two vacuums from this store. Each time the ladies were knowledgeable and very helpful. When I had a question that the sales lady didnt have an answer for, she took my number, researched it, and actually called me the next day with the answer (you would never get that personal touch at a big chain store). When I had a technical problem with one of the vacuums, the vacuum tech went above and beyond to get it fixed, and all that at no cost through my warranty. Took a sewing class there. Im a guy so I was kind of nervous but they treated me great and I made some things. Now I can sew a button on or anything else. Narissa was a very good instructor.

Staff is very willing to help with any issues or questions on how to do something. If the person doesnt know, they find out from someone who does and will call you back with an answer.

My first visit to this store was a few days ago to have an older vacuum repaired. After the diagnosis and estimate for repair, I decided to consider purchasing a new vacuum instead. Neressa and Larry helped guide me through this process with no pressure and a lot of patience. They were both extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. They also took the time to ask me questions to find out which vacuum best fit my needs and helped me obtain the financing to purchase the vacuum of my choice. They made me an offer I couldnt refuse, handled all the paperwork in a timely manner, and Larry even carried everything to my vehicle for me. They were both awesome, and I am now the proud owner of a brand new Miele vacuum. I look forward to many years as a Puyallup Sewing and Vacuum customer and will definately recommend this business to all my family and friends.
