We dropped our Dyson vacuum off the end of January. It needed a new hose and we also decided to have a service/check up done as long as it was there. It is now the end of MAY and I cannot get them to call me or return my vacuum. I have gone there in person( prior to lockdown) during stated business hours and they were not open. I have left multiple messages offering to meet them there at ANY TIME to pick it up fixed or not. I have offered to pay for it over the phone. The two times I did speak to the owner he told me once that he would call me back by 5 p.m. that day and never did. The other time he told me he had finally gotten the part but hadnt installed it yet and asked if he could have till Saturday of that week to install it and test it then he would call me to come pick it up. He never called and when I called the store during listed open hours that day, no one answered. It has been FIVE months. I understand that two of those the business has been closed but it would not be a risk to meet me at the shop and put the vacuum outside and I will take it. I do not know if they have sold it or what is going on.DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.EDIT TO ADD THIS: Within the hour of posting this review and leaving yet another phone message, I received a call back from the owner Steve. He stated he could not understand why I was so upset but that I could come pick up my vacuum. I went and picked it up and guess what? STILL not fixed. It is in the exact same condition that I dropped it off.

The two wonderful people that helped me with my problem with my carpet cleaner went above and beyond what they did for me let me buy their own carpet cleaner because the motor in my cleaner you cant get anymore, so they gave me theirs and I couldnt believe they offered theres to me. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs to buy or repair. Thank you again 😊😊😊😊

Our stick vacuum stopped working. Avenue Vacuum, gave us great customer service, was honest, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services!!!!

I will definitely going back to Avenue Vacuum. Called around to several places and they were way over priced for replacing a fan in my Kirby along with the turn around being 7 days. Hard for me to live with out my vacuum for 7 days. The husband/wife duo made for a great customer service experience. Not only did she give me a pretty accurate quite over the phone, but her husband had my fan replaced in less than 15 minutes. I get to finish cleaning today. Lol Thank you so much for all your help and hard work to get me vacuuming again. I will be back to see you all again

The owner was nice and completed the Dyson vacuum repair within 1 day at a very reasonable cost. No complaints from me.

Well Im not impressed so far they say they r open at 10:00am and it 10:11 & no ones here! I called the phone # and no answer not a good way to run a business! 😤

Very nice people. Im not very experienced when it comes to central vacuums. The gentleman was very descript and helpful.

I had a chipped fan in my kirby vac. He replaced it and also tuned it up. I also had a broken cord handle and he fixed it for free without me even asking him to. He and his wife were very friendly

Dropped off my Pfaff sewing machine for repair, they honored the $89.00 price from their website. They are super nice and are true to their word. My sewing machine was ready to go within the 7 days. Apparently it just needed to be cleaned. Quality Sew and Vac in Puyallup wanted $200 up front, they recommended I take their offer of trading up my machine and they will put this $200 towards an $800 machine. Very happy I went to Avenue Vacuum a local Family owned business! I will be buying my Miele vacuum bags from them moving forward as well, great price!

OMG the worst experience I ever had. He had my dyson for a total of 3 weeks from start to finish. Claims part melted in shipping ??? Brought my dyson home, vacuumed a short time screw somehow came lose. To make a long story short, my dyson in now in the hands of a dyson service. To be continued.I said *to be continued* after a thorough check on my dyson it is so messed up that I need to buy another vacuum. When I brought my dyson into Avenue Vacuum it was working perfect, I brought it in because I dropped and cracked it, I wanted to replace the part I broke, it cost me $252.00, Im so upset, I dont have that kind of money to just piss away.

Drove right by the place the first time. But he replaced the switch and filter on my antique Filter Queen for cheep.

I ordered from Avenue Vacuum on September 2, 2015 and as of October 19, 2015 they had charged my credit card but not delivered the order or credited my money back. They also do not answer their phone at this point.
