Went down to get pool supplies and the store closed EARLY. I called, she answered, still within business hours and said she couldn’t help me. WHAT?!?? You closed early, answered the phone and refused service? I am in customer service and know, this is not how business is done….. take your money elsewhere

Went to get a filter. I don’t have the original. The woman there told me to google it and come back and acted like I was wasting her time. If you want to sell stuff- help your customers. Horrible service.

Failed to deliver requested service, billed full price anyway. After numerous calls, the owner promised a refund and then refused to honor that promise, too. Theres a word for people who promise to do something and then refuse to do it: liars.

Stopped in for the first time to purchase sand for my sand filter. Ashley was a very nice, helpful young woman. I would go back again based on her help. I looked around a bit before leaving. Looks like they have a good supply of accessories. As I started to leave one of the other young ladies was kind enough to open the door for me as I picked up the 50 pound bag of sand. Between Ashleys help and this other young lady help I would certainly shop there again.

We went in yesterday looking for two 1.25 inch pieces of tubing for our pools filter. My husband grabbed a couple of packages and the girl working at the time pointed us to another option up front that needed to be cut. We opted for that one because she said it was better for our intended purpose and it was the correct size. She had no idea how to use the tool to cut the tube so my husband had to do it himself. We bring it home and come to find out, its not the right size. He went back to exchange it for the right size (the one we had originally picked out) but was told that because it was already cut, it could not be returned. What?! Your sales associate told us this was the right size/part so we bought it...its wrong, but you wont take it back? These sales people obviously have no idea what theyre talking about and the manager provides awful customer service. Its really too bad. We try to support smaller businesses such as this one; however, we will never buy from here again. Perhaps you should train your associates better if you want to keep customers. There was a gentlmen in there when we walked in who was quite frustrated by Malias lack of knowledge and inability to adequately do her job. Go elsewhere for your pool needs!

Enchanted Woods Apartments used their services for our community pool. They were wonderful with their communication and very fast on getting out to us to fix the issue. We really appreciate how above and beyond they have gone; from Theresas help in the office to Brians help caulking our pool. We will gladly continue to support their business in the future.

I was in and out quick, the lady there made sure I had the right product(pool filter) and sent me on my merry way. The problem is that they carry only one brand and they are expensive. Normally I can get two filters for less then $10. I paid $12.09 for one filter after tax here. If you need a filter right now, they are the place that has them on the shelf right now.Ok, after getting home and installing the filter it’s not a good fit. The inside diameter of their brand is too large and allows my filter to float in the housing. This filter will work, it’s the right type but it’s not a quality fit. Bottom line- expensive and does not fit properly. Only use this place if you have too.

I started out using Pool Guys Plus to buy all my pool chemicals about 3 years ago. I stopped using them about 1.5 years ago because I was tired of dealing with Ashley’s poor customer service skills. I resorted back to them recently (March 25th 2019) because I was looking into replacing my pool pump and filter. They are one of few that do this kind of work. I called at 11:00 am inquiring about someone to come out to give me an estimate. Theresa picked up the phone and was very nice but Ashley was the one that deals with setting up appointments and that she would call me back within the hour. By 2:37pm I received no call so I decided to call back. This time Ashley picked up. I informed her of the information that I received from Theresa and asked why I didn’t get a call back. This is the exact response I received from Ashley “UMM, because I was busy.” Now with that being an awkward thing for a business employee to tell a customer I didn’t really know how to react. I said “ well is this a bad time, are you still busy?” Her response was “I’ll call you back in 10 minutes.” By 5:35pm I still hadn’t received a call back. At this time I was getting frustrated so I called back. Theresa answered again. I explained to her about Ashley and I’s interaction on the phone and she was really apologetic which I appreciated. She said that Ashley had left a note on the desk saying that she tried to call me back but I didnt answer. Now that is a complete lie. I had my phone on me all day and was waiting on the call. Theresa was able to put me on the schedule for someone to come give me an estimate for Friday. I thanked her for doing that. This morning (March 26th 2019) I received another call from them saying that I needed to pay $90 plus tax to have someone come out to give me an estimate. I told them that’s crazy they charge for an estimate considering 99.9% of business don’t charge for that. I decided to to cancel my appointment because I have 2 other businesses coming out giving me estimates, without charging me.If anyone sees this that owns Pool Guys Plus or manages it, please consider getting Ashley some further customer service training. She’s driving customers and a lot of money away to other businesses. Also stop charging for estimates. I was looking at spending 3000-5000 for the work I need done and now I’m spending that money somewhere else because of Ashley’s attitude and for you charging for estimates.

I was told that I would receive required service/parts within one (1) week of initial appt. After 2+ weeks I had to call to check on promised service only to be told that they were down to one (1) service tech and the soonest I would receive service was over a week later and that they wouldnt schedule the service without full payment 1st. I told them that I was uncomfortable with paying for a service that I hadnt recd yet but I would gladly pay 1/2 upfront. I was told that they needed $74.00 and I gave them my VISA Card # for payment. When I checked with my bank, I was informed that my VISA account was charged over $110.00!! I called to question this charge and was told that it was payment for the part(s) as well as service. When I said that this was deceitful, D_____le said that overlooked telling me. I repeated that she deceived me and was VERY unhappy. I told her to cancel the work and demanded am immediate and full refund and said I would find another company to get my service from.

Called twice during store hours and nobody answered. Called again and asked if they has liquid chlorine. They said no but went by to check for myself and there it was! They charge $54 for 4 Gallons of liquid chlorine but if you go anywhere else, it is under $40 for the same amount of the same chemical. Rip off!

I walked in with a long shot request for a very specialized item. Pete took the time to listen and follow up via phone after I had left. My request was small but I was made to feel as important as someone buying an expensive spa.

As soon as I walked in at 5:30 pm. The guy at the counter saw I had washer in my hand and imminently said water testing closed at 5pm, cause we went down to one person then another customer walked in and he disregarded me and walked away and helped him....
