They only have one lash specialist who decides if she will keep you as a customer. If you are not able to go in every month or so she will not let you make an appointment. This came from the person answering the phone.

I went to purity medspa last week for the first time and it was amazing! I had a hydra facial with Terisha and she walked me through the steps and made me feel very comfortable, in addition to this she educated me on skincare that I will be needing for maintenance and made sure I was able to contact her for any other skincare concerns should questions arise or if I wanted any services. I went in for a Meyers Cocktail Infusion to address some residual effects from having Covid. The process was fast and painless. Within an hour my headache was gone. I slept well and feel more like myself for first time in 8wks. I highly recommend it! Everyone on staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Two Thumbs Up!

I went here for the first time to get a Meyer’s IV infusion. ($170). I had some labs done and a few things came back a little low. I have been taking oral vitamins but aren’t very good at doing them on a schedule so some friends suggested that I do this as a kick start. I came in and the receptionist was so friendly!! She offered me tea right away and gave me some paperwork. The doctor (I can’t remember his name but I think he’s Russian) took me to his office and asked me what I was looking for. I’m not sure he looked over the medical paperwork I filled out but I told him some of my medical history and what I was looking for. He was friendly and open to have conversation. I’ve read some other reviews where they said he seemed... rude or distant and I can see where they might have gotten that impression but I honestly thing that is his culture. I don’t think he does it intentionally. Anyways, he was upfront about the prices, didn’t seem pushy. He was he wa he one who mixed the bag, started the IV, and gave me an vitamin shot injection. The receiptionist took me to a room and I got very realized with lots of pillows and Netflix! Overall I am very happy with my service here and will surely be coming back.

I went here today excited to have my free consult for weight management, thinking I would get a lot of information and such. Instead, I got maybe 10 minutes with the doctor who asked 4 questions and charged $150. Not sure why really.... They didnt even weigh me or take measurements - at a weight management consult. No discussion on options for programs. Dr gave me an Rx for a medication and a brochure on another implant. The front receptionist Sam was very nice and probably gave more info to me than the doctor. The spa itself was very nice, good decor. The last 2 points allowed me to give it more than 1 star. I think the $150 and virtually nothing is a huge rip off. Why did I pay that? To get a prescription? I could have gotten that from my PCP.... I went here to get other ideas.

I went in to get laser vein removal on my face and saw instant results!! The difference was remarkable! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Alhafez has a great eye for symmetry and enhancement. His office staff is knowledgeable and welcoming . I have been wanting rhinoplasty for years. I decided to do the liquid nose job with fillers. After 20min and little to no pain, when I saw the amazing results it almost brought me to tears. If the results last for several months I will be elated. Purity makes sure you are aware of discount packages, promos, and manufacturer incentives. So happy to have a medispa in puyallup of this caliber.

Thank you so much to this incredible Wellness Sanctuary! I am truly impressed with the staff, services and promptness. I woke up Monday morning with the Flu, it was bad. I called around to several clinics to get an IV therapy of vitamin C to improve my symptoms. I too own my own wellness center as a chiropractor and I needed to get back to work. They got me in that Monday and took great care of me. Unfortunately I was still not doing well. The doctor personally called me to check up. I told him my sob story (yes I was an emotional mess!) I had to cancel my whole week at my wellness center and Im the only doctor there, so thats not good for my patients or business, but the way i was feeling I could barely stay awake. They got me back in today (Friday) and they gave me an another amazing IV therapy that truly has made the biggest difference! I will always recommended this Spa and I cant wait to go back and try out more of their services. This place is exceptional!!

I love Purity Medical and Dr. Fadi and his staff. I’ve had several procedures done here including the BioTe pellet, fillers, vitamin B-12 shots, and the Ultheray. I was 100% happy with all the services and my results. I love how relaxed then environment is yet still very professional. Another huge plus is that they can get you in on very short notice, sometimes the same day. Their competitor up the road who I’ve been to before and had a bad experience, takes weeks to get an appointment. I’ll continue to go see Dr. Fadi for all my procedures.

The customer service and the staff here are great!! They make me feel welcomed everytime I step through the door, greeting me by name, remembering little conversations wed had last visit, remembering where i work etc. They also do everything they can to make the appointment process as easy and convenient as possible, most times working with my weird work schedule with out me even asking. Also, this may sound like a strange thing to compliment, but Dr. Alhafez is really really good at drawing blood! Im always a little weird when it comes to my blood being drawn (nausea, dizziness and sometimes even passing out) but never here. Its so quick and over with before I know it even happened. I have never met a more caring group of people than the people at Purity Spa. So far, I have had dermal filler in my lips with amazing results! They are natural, supple, but a noticable change, especially in my smile! I now have the confidence to smile all the time without worrying if my upper lip is disappearing. I have also had laser hair removal, which isnt nearly as painful as I thought! Personally, I feel more comfortable getting my injections from a physician as opposed to an aesthetician or a nurse, and its incredibly obvious that Dr. Alhafez has been doing this a long time.
