Experienced great service today when I visited this salon, today Harjeet the lady working this morning had 3 clients when I walked up so I had to wait for a little bit. It wasn’t long she had finished every one and everyone looked happy!! And then finished mine it was quick and a job well done!! Thank you!

If I could give more stars I would. I went to another eyebrow bar that did a horrible job on my brows and Kassidy at Dollys was able to fix them for me. Since then Dolly’s is the only place I will trust my brows to. All the girls are great but I highly recommend Kassidy.

I’m not happy with my lash lift. Her service was subpar and the results were not there. My lashes are kinked, in different directions and not all lifted.... really self conscious about this look. When I went back in to have them fixed they became even worse over time. I’ll never get my lashes lifted by this salon again I dont want to come back to this salon after this experience. Wish I could upload a picture, at least 15 lashes were Kinked right into my eye. Very sad with this spendy service.She had the solution on my eyelashes for 15 minutes, cleaned them, then set the solution for another 15 minutes. When I came back to have them fixed they had solution on for another 20 minutes. After talking to my aunt who lives in another state about my jacked up lashes she said the solution should only be on for 10 minutes max.Update:: my lashes are still recovering from this treatment.

Place was great... until i got a certain lady. she didn’t ask what i wanted and my eyebrows are uneven and absolutely ruined and disgusting. they are 2 DIFFERENT SHAPES!! i’m not one to be self conscious of my looks but the way this lady did my eyebrows is shameful. i feel like i can’t even go out in public they look so bad. i would not recommend just because of the lady who made my eyebrows look like — __

First of all I went in there and the lady who did my eye brows didn’t even ask what I wanted done to them or how I wanted them shaped or anything, she just did her own thing. She left them super thick and bushy in the beginning of eyebrows and than shaped it weird in the middle of my brows to the end of them. Now have to go somewhere else to get it to look better. The way she shaped them is aweful

Very expensive for eyebrow threading. Not only that the lady seemed very new and made it very painful because how slow she was going. Im used to very fast threading as it should be. Gave it a 3 star because my eyebrows came out decent and she was nice. Will not be coming back though

I went here because of the facebook reviews how great this place was. My eyebrows are uneven and the lady didnt ask how i wanted them. I was in and out with in a min. ver disappointed how my eyebrows look now.

I went recently and didnt mind the way they shaped my eyebrows, but the service was terrible. The ladies seemed rushed and didnt seem interested in making me comfortable. If I didnt hold my eye closed fast enough, shed get flustered. I just felt really tense the whole time. Really not worth the price and I wish Id gone somewhere else.

I went in to get my eyebrow threading instead i got my skin threading. The young lady who did my eyebrows caused lacerations while threading my eyebrows. I wasn’t sure why I was in so much pain and she kept threading away. She had no concern for the danger of infection or comfort of the customer. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t been back to the House of Eyebrow Threading horror. I’m now traumatized by the experience. I’m sticking to waxing. Gene Juarez Technicians are very gentle when I get my eyebrow wax done.

Worst nail salon in the area. My friend and I went in for the first time today. We were the first ones in which was a good thing. However, I went in to get my shellac redone and as they took off the previous shellac they completely ruined my nails. They sawed down my nailbed so much that you could see the skin underneath my actual nail. Once I noticed this I touched the butchered spot and it hurt like hell. They rushed through the paint and sawed over my cuticles which also hurt like hell. The man who did my nails was also being very sexual towards me. He continued to talk about how the color of my nails were innocent and continued to ask me if I was innocent. Completely unacceptable. They ruined my friends nails also, they were very rough and rude. Never go here.

This place is horrible. They totally messed up my eyebrows, they are uneven and they missed patches of hair. And it was very very painful and uncomfortable. It almost seemed as if the lady was rushing. I went to brow arc at Tacoma mall the first time and my eyebrows were amazing, now mine are very thin and patchy and not to mention they didnt finish the ends! So one points and the other one basically flares out, please do not come here and waste 14 dollars for a 2 dollar job. If I could rate a negative I would.

Terrible nail service. My nails were so messed up, I went to another salon immediately after and additionally paid more to get them fixed. All I asked for was a fill. They were rude, rushing and rough. I was the first customer that came in at the time and didnt leave for 2 hours, waiting for the paint to dry, when it ended up never drying due to poor service and In the end, I paid more than what I would have paid just getting a new fullset. I didnt even receive an offer for compensation. It was the worst experince I have ever had at a nail salon. Not only did they mess up my nails, but ruined my friends too. By the end of her experience, she practically didnt have any nail beds left.

The lady was super rude and had the worst customer service. plus the lady didnt even properly clean my eyebrows. never doing my eyebrows again. the price is no worth it.
