This company is an excellent, honest company. They are extremely detail oriented. They take the time to understand your needs and expeditiously address them. They performed restoration work on the entire first floor of my home. The project manager assigned to my project thoughtfully identified all of the moving pieces in the scope of work and aligned multiple tasks to complete the project despite unforeseen circumstances. Without their diligence I would not have known I had a separate issue with my plumbing that needed to be addressed. They were gracious throughout the delay this caused and maintained a timely schedule for completion. I highly recommend them.

Chuck and Luis were the professionals I was looking for. Their calm and upbeat attitude helped to ease the chaos of having our house worked on. Andy gave us a good bid, and answered all questions I had about it. Walter has been very fair, and Chuck has done a incredible job with attention to detail and dealing with me, as I know I am probably “one of those homeowners”, but I am also a contractor with high expectations. We recently had a water damage loss at our home. Evergreen was sent out for the restoration and they did an amazing job. Chuck was very friendly, professional and had great communication while doing the repairs. Chuck also made sure the repairs were quality work for our home. Andy was our estimator and he kept us informed throughout the process and was available whenever we needed to call. We used Evergreen (at the recommendation of our insurance company) to restore our basement bathroom and utility closet after a leak involving the main floor bathtub rained water down from above--eeeek! They were professional, helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. They even came back to re-do the paint when we realized it wasnt exactly right. My mother in law and the family that lives with her has been without a kitchen for almost 2 months now. Literally no cabinets, sink, oven, and no washer and dryer. All theyve gotten done in this time is the flooring and some paint. Im in the remodel business and I can tell you this job should have taken no more than two to three weeks total. Ill be sure to post another review on the quality of their work whenever its done but who knows when that will be

Kirk and Luis form Evergreen Restoration did an outstanding job after water damage ruined parts of our home! They were even super patient with my 4yr old who wanted to ask them every question possible! very pleased with their work!

This company is awful. We have been working with Walter to get our repairs done after a leak under our home. We have been without a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and dining room since August. They do not call you. Have no idea of how to schedule repairs. For the last month due to them removing all our belongings, we have been staying in one bedroom of our home while they continue to postpone us. I would never recomend this company to anyone. How do you make amends to a family you caused to do canning in the driveway, could not have thanksgiving dinner, no weekly dinners with your aging parents, no home cooked food, and Christmas in the garage with your grand kids and family? This job should have only taken two months at most. Per our records they have done only six weeks of work in five and a half months. We pray everyday for Evergreen restoration to return to our home anf finish the job started in August 2017 so we can have our life restored to normal.

They are the worst if you are doing an insurance claim. There tech Weston is horrible. I hired him on the side and he did the worst job. Bubbles and half as job everywhere. Beware of this guy. The company will put you on the bottom of the list if its thru insurance and will do a rush job. I have pictures!!!

I am shocked at how horrible this companys customer service is. I thank God this nightmare is over. The beginning of 2018, we had a flood. The insurance companys scope was to replace sub flooring, insulation and laminate flooring. The communication from Walter was none. I have no trust or respect for him or this company. We had to fight for them to do what they were suppose to do. Had to take time off work to make sure they were actually doing what they said they would. Had to get the insurance company involved. After 8 months, they finally finished and I was able to pay the invoice in which they gave me 2 different invoices with 2 different amounts.i left countless emails for Walter and I left 2 messages for the bookkeeper who is also part owner of the business and never called me back. Again the insurance company had to step in to get to the bottom of what they were doing and finalize this fiasco. 8 months that should have taken maybe 2. I will never understand how this company stays in business or how they can treat people this way. Glad its over.

They dried our a flood in our home and all was going good they were going to do the floor replacement​ and sheetrock repair. They gave us a bid that was really high. We got a second bid and we decided not to use evergreen. They then called our insurance company to sabotage our claim saying the floors dont really need to be replaced anymore.This company is petty and in the chance they dont win a bid by being competitive they will sabotage the customer. Do not use this company they will only make your already upsetting issue even worse.
