I’ve lived here for going on 3 years now and plan on staying put another year. I have never felt so at home at a place in my life. Chelsea and Jillian are AMAZING!! They’ve always been so helpful and pleasant to work with. I’ve only had to call for maintenance once but even that was done super quick. The grounds are well kept, everything is SO clean. The apartment is so quiet, I hardly ever hear my neighbors. I can’t rave about this place enough. I wanted to make sure to leave my review after seeing some of the bad reviews. Please don’t let the negative comments detour you, I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Former resident here! I really loved living here, the complex was quiet and I never heard any noise. They keep the property extremely clean and I felt so safe living here. Jillian and Chelsy were always so helpful, communicative, and so kind. We moved only because it was out of our budget and we moved to a different area, but everywhere you look; you’re going to see the same price for a 2bed2bath and this one was definitely worth it. I would’ve loved to stay here.

Although the floorplans are ideal and the place is beautiful, the staff cant seem to answer the phone, nor email, when it comes to inquiries about the property. How are you supposed to sublet apartments, if you dont respond to inquiries?

Beautiful community! The apartments seem to be very spacious and accommodating for my needs. Chelsy and Jillian have been very helpful with my apartment search. I am looking forward to moving here this summer hopefully!

DO NOT waste your time paying the rental application fee or applying for an apartment with this place. They lie to you over the phone about their criteria and than once you’re denied they’ve already taken your money. Even though you look at there reasons listed by their screening firm and you prove to them that they’re lying didn’t verify your employment nor rental history. Both the Manager Chelsea, and leasing agent Jillian, tried to excuse these inconvenient facts when we asked to be refunded because they did not even verify our information . They tried to blame us and say it was our credit history (even though the reasons are listed on the denial and they’re too lazy to very). Than they tell you to dispute with the screening company, I never give anyone a bad review owning a business prior I understand how that can affect a business but in the case it’s warranted... Don’t give Silver creek apartments your hard earned money, it’s better flushed down the toilet.

This place was terrible I’m so happy me and my two kids moved out. We got so many noise complaints during noise hours the manager threatened to terminate my contract and she lied about there being a police report because of so much noise she was just awful. My kids at the time were 4 and 5 I didn’t even feel comfortable with having family over because I was scared we might be a little too loud. So if you have kids please pass on these apartments!

Im actually not a current resident at Silver Creek but a former resident :) My family lived in a 2 bedroom at Silver Creek for 2 years and the whole time we have lived there was amazing! We were actually one of the first residents to occupy a unit when the community first opened! The property manager, Chelsea, and the maintenance team always went above and beyond to provide us with quick repairs and awesome customer service! There were so many amenities which was always super convenient and the location was very ideal! Whenever we plan on moving back to the PNW, Silver Creek will for sure be our first option! My family and I loved it there!

Nobody ever answers the phones. Very poor customer care.

I used to live here in a 2 bedroom with a roommate but had to move out at the end of our lease for personal reason. Move out process was pretty straightforward and I got most of my deposit back which I felt was fair. I recently moved back in to a studio apartment here and its absolutely gorgeous! I have a huge walk in closet and a decently big bathroom with drawers and counter space which is a plus. Its just perfect for me. The whole move in process was very easy thanks to Jillian and Chelsy. I recently placed a maintenance order for my shower drain because it kept clogging. I set it as a low priority since it wasnt super crucial just annoying. Within a few days they came in and fixed it! They also left a kind note with a couple mints. I can keep going on about how great it is to live here. Just know these really are affordable and luxury apartments.

These apartments have friendly and welcoming management as well as a beautiful facility. Its a gated community making my husband and I feel safe here. The gym has a ton of useful machines. On our move in date, they provided us a welcoming gift basket with many useful items inside! Thank You Silver Creek!

We have lived here for 2 years, and this place has a great price point, friendly management, and wonderful living spaces. Some friends even moved in here in therr place after seeing my rental, they enjoy it as well.

I give the apartments in general a five star. As far as the management, I would give that a 1-2! I lived there for one year and decided to move after that. Not just because of the high rent increase but also the problems with the manager whom I found as rude and condescending. She is extremely hard to communicate with and whenever I received an answer or information from her, it was as if a robot was responding, saying the same things over and over in a very monotone voice. It was like she was reading a script. As far as deposit return, make sure your apartment is in PERFECT condition because she will nit pick it to death and even and will find one thing after another that they need to charge you for. I was VERY clean and careful with my apartment and I feel that $50-$75 worth of extra charges was in order, but manager still had complaints. I feel the carpet cleaning, painting etc. is something they do to all apartments and should not be a charge passed on to me. There are other problems I could discuss, but not worth it. The apartments are very nice but again, they need a better manager with some personality!I find it quite amazing that I received no feedback on my post, because of what I wrote what I feel was the truth. Silver Creek wastes no time to thank those who gave the high ratings, thus your score will not be affected! I mean, wake up, you have a problem with management.

One of the best complexes we have lived. The staff is prompted and friendly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is well selected. Would have stayed if we didnt buy a house.

I applied to these apartments, but my application wasnt approved. Thats fine because I got approved at my first choice while Silver Creek was my back up. However, the day after they told me I wasnt approved, they took the $200 holding fee out of my account. I was told this would only happen if I was approved. I have tried calling every day for two weeks since then (except for the holidays) as well as sending multiple emails. I have not gotten a single response or call back. The worst part is that during the application process they returned every single one of my calls within minutes. I understand that it was the holidays and Im sure they were all busy, but I feel this is a pretty urgent matter that needs to be prioritized. The other sketchy part is that two weeks ago this website was full of reviews with similar problems and now they have all been deleted. The apartments seemed nice, but clearly management is full of thefts. If they are this awful to people that are applying I cant even imagine how they treat their residents or how much money theyve stolen from them.

Stopped by last Saturday to look at the apartments as my partner and I will be relocating to the area. Jillian at the office was really friendly and helpful. The complex is really nice and the apartments are roomy and the price is great for what you get. Silver creek is definitely on the top of my list when I move to Puyallup

I love this community for many reasons! First off, you cant beat the prices! The rates are very reasonable and the homes are very spacious! Second, you are close to so much! Living here you are so close to Winco and Rite Aid you could walk! Just a bit further down the road you have Fred Meyer, banks, restaurants and Big Foot Java! Third, this property is still new and it is absolutely beautiful! Again, did I mention the price for what you get!? Finally, the people who work here have are very friendly and helpful! You can see they really care about the apartments and the residents. I HIGHLY recommend these apartments!!!

The staff is so friendly! They really make you want to be there. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I love that they have a covered playground so we can play even when our Washington weather tells us we shouldnt! The amenities are well worth the price.

During my apartment hunt I called them many times for 7 days. left voicemails but no response.

I don’t live here but I was looking around for rentals and Jillian was extremely helpful even when her apartments couldn’t accept my pets she was very helpful! Great customer service and I feel that shouldn’t go unrecognized!

Great facilities, however, management treats the tenants like children. The manager enforced a thousand pool policies, only to host her own late night noisy pool parties. We received a call from collections after moving out, claiming we owed money for an invoice that was paid months earlier. Even the collections guy was distraught about their mismanagement.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I love it! The location is perfect and the staff is really nice and helpful.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I took a look at an apartment supposedly available and decided to submit the application with the fee and deposit. I didnt hear back from them and instead received an email that I was placed on a waiting list and had no apartments available. i emailed them, tried to call them--no response. I decided to look for another place and submitted an application with the new place. I emailed Silver Creek letting them know to not process my application and to not pull my credit as I had already found a place which finished the whole process within an hour. Within the hour instead, Silver Creek pulled my credit and I know they did it out of spite. They claimed later that they emailed the screening agency to cancel my application and it is not true as I spoke to them and they didnt get anything from them saying to cancel at any point. Now, they refuse to give me a letter simply stating to the credit bureaus to remove the check as my score decreased by 13 points thanks to Silver Creeks negligence and bad processes. They keep saying I signed the application and agreed to the credit check. First of all, I signed an application because you promised an available unit and not to be placed in a waiting list which they admitted it was a mistake on their part which cancels the application as its negligence from your part. HORRIBLE SERVICE, PROCESSES, AND MANAGERS.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER’S RESPONSE. THEY’RE LYING. AS I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM JILLIAN STATING SHE “ACCIDENTALLY” SENT ME TO THE WAITING LIST. THATS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR AND MY APPLICATION HAD NOT BEEN PENDING FOR FOUR DAYS SO STOP LYING AS I SPOKE TO SOUND SCREENING SERVICES AND WHEN I TOLD YOU TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION AND NOT TO PULL MY CREDIT JILLIAN STATED SHE TOLD THEM YET ANOTHER LIE BECAUSE THEY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH NOTICE. I HAVE MY CALL LOGS OF HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TRIED TO CALL YOUR BUSINESS AND PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED THATS WHY I HAD TO RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. YOU DID EVERYTHING OUT OF SPITE AND YOURE A HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS, OWNER, AND MANAGEMENT. YOURE NOT A DECENT HUMAN BEING AS THIS COULD OF BEEN CORRECTED BY SIMPLY TYPING A ONE SENTENCE LETTER TO REMOVE THE CHECK AS IT WAS YOUR MISTAKE AND I DONT EVEN LIVE THERE.
