My mother came in for a hair cut. She asked for medium length layers .Which she got, but the layers did not blend at all. I am a hair dresser . I had to fix her hair here in Spokane wa . The stylist should have had a better consultation with Stephanie. My mother had 3 layers . That looked like shelf’s . The stylist told Stephanie that her hair is so thin it’s hard to work with. But it was not . And it was not hard to fix. Next time take some time and cross check your work. And maybe use better words . Thin and fine hair are 2 different hair textures.

All I needed was a 4 inch trim, and Eva did a perfect job!!! The salon was super clean and all the women were friendly and full of laughter 😁 no wait and a great price!!!

I tried taking my son here for a hair cut during the first week of April 2021. We walked in and there were no clients in the chairs and two employees present. We were refused service because we didnt have an appointment, even thought there was a sign visible that read Walk-ins Welcome. They said since we didnt have an appointment they could not help us. There was no posted policy stating appointments were required. We asked why she was telling us we needed an appointment, since the sign says walk ins welcome, and were told it was because they had been really busy that day. It was 1 pm and the place was totally empty but they were claiming to be so busy. What a joke. If I could I would give them zero stars. They dont deserve your business or your money.

If I could give zero stars....Hair was cut uneven so I had to get it fixed elsewhere. Got my hair styled for a special event and my stylist openly admitted to never having styled hair before...and I guess I shouldve been scared off because it turned out not great. It looked bad and the half that was up was falling out immediately. I got charged $87 for that. Not cool. Dont waste time here

I was actually next door at Massage Time Spa. I received an awesome deep tissue massage and Im able to BE relaxed when im not working.

Bic went out of her way to fit me in. She did a great job cutting my hair just the way I requested and had some great ideas of her own. I plan to return for my next haircut. Thanks Bic.

Very friendly and professional team. I go there as much for the social interaction as I do for the hair styling! Charity cuts my hair and I always enjoy catching up with her. And there is always a lot of catching up to do because I have a bad habit of going too long between haircuts. Thank you all.

I have been waiting weeks for an appointment and got one booked for 3/31/21. However I got there to be told no I did not have an appointment and everyone was going home. This use to be the place I would wait for any service but no more. The part that is most upsetting going on a trip and now Im without a style.

There amazing at what they do when you go in for an appointment there on time, clean cuts, nice coloring, there very professional. You can tell they know what there doing.

Sheena Potter is my hair dresser. I am real picky about my hair and every time I leave it to her to color or cut I have nothing to worried about. She is awesome and very polite . I recommend this salon. 5 stars and above! ! 😃

Jessica is awesome! She does a great job on my hair, I have been going to her for several years now. I have tried various styles and colors with my hair and it always looks great and lasts awhile as I dont make regular appointments like I should. She is really good about trying to fit me in at the last minute. Even though the salon looks a bit dated, I always see other familiar faces in there which is nice everyone seems to get along well which makes for a comfortable atmosphere unlike the last place I was going, and they definitely keep it really clean in there which I appreciate including the restroom because sometimes my hair appointments are lengthy due to my long hair. They also have extremely reasonable prices! Try this place out I highly recommend it!

The first time I was there was good but on my second visit i kept getting told it was my fault that my hair turned out bad because i did not book the appointment for 4 hours when it was not my fault, I was told when I was booking that it would take 2 hours and even then we started late. would not consider coming back for a hair cut (I was not satisfied how it turned out) or to dye my hair. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed.

Very choppy haircut, too short, and definitely not what I wanted. Very disappointed because they all seem very friendly and its only a 5 min drive from my house.

Absolutely love going here and have for several years Jessica Carter is amazing and always makes me feel special and my hair looks fabulous everytime. The staff is funny and inviting and it always feels like you are at a top end salon but with a price that does not hurt my pocketbook.

I’ve been growing my hair for over 7 years needed a trim took a chance! I shouldn’t have my hair is now shorter than 3 years ago and is at least 2 inches shorter on one side! It’s so choppy I’ve never had such a bad cut I don’t even know how to fix this!! I will be wearing it up for the next few months 🤬

I have a history of paying expensive places to do my hair. I also have a history of having to go back for fixes, due to uneven cuts and over processed perms. With fingers crossed, I then search for my next hair place. Due to my schedule and frustration of my hair being too long, I went into Master Cuts and Eve immediately helped us, she is very personable and within an hour I had the shampoo, cut, and style I had been wanting. I am very particular when it comes to my hair and she nailed it! Thank You Eve.

Im from California I was in Puyallup visiting my family for one week, for my grandmas birthday celebration to be exact, well walking into the salon first off, the environment is really clean and the staff are very friendly. I was greeted by Jessica the store manager, I was there with my grandma to get my grandma a hair cut, let me mention that weve never been there before. Jessica was extremely nice she gave my grandma exactly what she wanted to get out of her hair cut.. So with that said, I did a hair appointment for myself. Ive been going to Hair Masters for years, the girls that work there are very friendly & professional even though they come & go often except for C C, shes my girl, shes been doing my hair for years.

Worst haircut ever!!! I had to go the next day to my regular Lady so she could fix the chop I got the day before. The young Lady who cut it was super sweet (this is why gave a 2 rating), but her skill was terrible. I will not go back!!

Ive been going here for about 3 years and this is about the third time Ive had a scheduled appointment go past 20 minutes late. If an appointment is at a set time it needs to be at a set time. I would have set it 20 minutes past if thats what I wanted it and I understand a five-minute run over here and there but this is ridiculous. I wont be coming back anymore. I set time out of my day to come in at a certain time and get a haircut otherwise I might as well have just been a walk in and theres no point to scheduling anything.

I came in to get a haircut, the three employees working were with a client so I took a seat and waited, and waited. Two employees came up to the front, one took a phone call and the other stood there staring at her personal phone. If they had no availability it would have been nice of them to say so rather than making me waste my time sitting there. Never attempting to get my hair cut at a place with such pathetic customer service.
