After trying many places around this has been my barber shop for over a year now, fair prices, good services, good location, usually not too busy and very attentive and careful customer service. Very recommended.

Be sure to ask them how much it will cost to do a particular haircut (their idea of a regular haircut requires using only 1 size shear. Plus, theyll add on extra dollars to the cost if they deem necessary, without letting you know beforehand). I felt like I was swindled when I walked out.The haircut was mediocre, but at least theyre working during this time and are observing social distancing rules with (what would seem to be) decent sanitization measures. Take your mask with you if you go.

Been cutting my hair for over a year she does a great job. The place is clean always friendly to me and my kid.The only negative I have to say is to make sure the owner cuts your hair. There is a new woman who is trying to learn that helps her on busy days however I would only let her cut kids hair or basic hair cuts.

I literally showed them 4 good pictures of a hairstyle I used to have. She asked me no further questions, wouldnt face me to the mirror, gave me a generic Asian style haircut. The fade is STEEP. I look like a dork. Its too short in some places, too long in others, and she went WAY too fast, put no care into it. I left with wet hair and clippings all over me.

Young does the best fade in Washington! Hands down. The only negative is that she is a one person show, until her apprentice is up trained. Tip: go during a week day (Tues/Thur) to avoid the weekend wait. Totally worth it.....

My son came in this evening with his mom. They asked to have 3/4 of an inch cut off the top. His mom left, which was a big mistake. He just came home and it looks like Edward Scissor Hands went to work on him. I’ve never seen a haircut this bad. They are on their way to another shop hoping to find some quality help.

Today I got a haircut and it was alright. Definitely good price, my plan to get a fade was wrong but already got the cut. I would come back to this place for sure. After my hair grows longer..lol...

The girl cutting my hair kept having to ask the other girl questions about how to cut my hair. When it came to shaving the back of my neck the girl cutting my hair had to step aside. Maybe a good thing to prevent any cuts.Would not go back

Great haircut and service. Been coming here for about a year now and wont go anywhere else. 13 dollars haircut, with a razor trim on the neck and shoulder massage after. Beats the 30 dollar haircut at sport clips and you get a way better haircut.

Young is great. Very happy with my cuts I come bi- monthly and she’s always prompt and friendly. She does have a great way to shave your neckline with a straight razor. I do recommend a weekday visit since waiting times are much shorter. But I don’t mind waiting a lil bit. Always fear the barber who never appears to have anyone in line. Lol. Obviously, if she’s got a bunch of repeat business she is doing something right.

She clipped majority of my hair off then what I requested for her to do (I even showed her a pic of the length how I wanted). Now I have to spend months growing my hair back to how I wanted. I’m never going back to get a haircut from there again. She can’t even listen to what the customer wants and does it her way of a haircut which she claims is good but it isn’t. Going to be wearing a hat to hide my haircut from now on..

Very poor service unskilled, unprofessional barbers. The back of my neck is soar with bumps after my hair cut at this place. My hair line was pushed so far back that there was no more hair to make a hair line with.Yeah you do get a nice back massage and the warm towel. If thats all you want in a hair cut then this might be the place for you.

My husband went in for a haircut and beard trim (his first time) and they pushed his hair line way far back. They had to shave his head bald because it just didnt look right. The plus side is he talked to the manager and they decided to only let my husband pay for the beard. Unskilled barbers.

I get the haircut requested each visit which is rare. A 1 guard on the sides and a little off the top. Not the easiest transition but Young pulls it off every time.Ive tried many shops in the area and typically get a cut the barber only knows how to do.The less than stellar reviews for Kings sound like the experience Ive had at nearby shops. I wonder if folks are confusing Kings with other nearby shops.

New people just dont have it. I did find orig barber elsewhere. I was surprised at that change. Decent enough haircut.

The lady didnt wanna do the style we wanted than she agreed to it, very unfriendly for cutting a kids hair, she told my other son to sit down rudely, there is another barber shop after 152nd an meridian on the left hand side they are always great to the kids
