This business has done a great job with the pre-appointment communications during this time we are working to eliminate the spread of COVID.- the short questionnaire and mask requirements are a minor inconvenience. The massages are always excellent and the therapist I work with is very professional and asks questions in order to tailor the massage to any current physical issues that could use some extra attention.

Sabrina has gifted hands and her massage was very detailed oriented to target and relax my muscles. My health has been benefiting from massages for several years now. This location has always impressed me with the level of compassionate care exhibited by the front desk staff along with the overall focus on everyone (both staff and clients)s wellness. I have experienced a variety of massage therapist personalities, from ones who talk constantly to ones who who are silent the entire time to ones who engage in deep philosophical conversations. My current favorite at this specific location is one who strikes a perfect balance of professional water cooler type conversation and silence. She is amazingly skilled at knowing the exact right amount of massage pressure needed to solve my bodys problems. I feel immensely grateful to have access to such a skilled professional! Skilled massage professionals review your needs and address problem areas. Worked with me to put my account on hold while I was unable to use services during the pandemic. I am now fully vaccinated as is my therapist. Safety protocols in place are a plus. I have been working with Hong for several years. She is a superstar.

First time at this Massage Envy. Was greeted upon entering and led back to restroom to wash hands. After restroom I was met by my Therapist and she led me to the room. She asked reasons for my visit and areas that I would like to focus on.Massage was an hour and seemed to go by too fast. I got dressed, and was led to checkout. The Front Desk helped me book future appointments with same therapist who is really popular at that site.Overall a great experience and I think I found a new therapist that I really like.

Tammy and Abby did a wonderful job with my massage and stretch appointments.I have been eagerly waiting to come back to Massage Envy, once I got my COVID vaccine. My body felt great after the massage and stretch.The room was sanitized before my appointment and the staff all wore masks. My temperature was taken prior to the massage. My only concern was that some of the staff have not been immunized yet.

Dwight was an incredible massage therapist, with such skill in working out sore and tight muscles using many different styles and techniques. He used Swedish, acupressure, and general relaxation massage combined. So skilled!

Alisia listened to my concerns and targeted them perfectly. I feel so much better after receiving the massage, she used great pressure and got a lot of my knots out in just one session!

He talked me through the process before it all, and was absolutely awesome. I have been getting deep tissue massages from Erik for years. He is AMAZING! He has helped me after injuries, surgeries & day to day muscle tension. He knows what he’s doing and I’m so grateful. 🤩

Once again, everyone was very friendly and concerned about safety. I came in with a huge knot on my left shoulder and knots in my scalp. Meagan was able to work the knots out. I felt 100% better when I left, compared to when I walked in.

Hello,I am looking for Beth. If anyone has her contact information please have her contact me. She is an amazing massage therapist, by far the best I have ever encountered and I have been going to her for years now. I had to cancel my last appointment due to scheduling. She has recently stopped working at this establishment and the establishment should have made courtesy calls notifying their loyal clientele of her soon departure to allow us to reschedule or something but, they didnt. I was informed after she had departed. Then, when I requested to ask how I could get in contact with her, the receptionist refused to help me. The lack of consideration for the customers and lack of communication really makes me question how much they truly value their business. I have referred so many members to this location, instead I will have to inform them how this location does business. This business fails to realize customer satisfaction is key to any clientele retention. This is unfortunate. I will have to take my business elsewhere.

Received a gift card for Christmas that I used to book a couples massage. It also came with a 25$ bonus card. Upon checking in, we chose our extras to add on to our massage, using the bonus card (aromatherapy, icy hot, special lotions etc.) however- the receptionist apparently did not communicate that with the therapist, and we did not receive these extra add ons. They graciously did not charge for them, although we were bummed we didnt get what we asked for. The massage itself was eh. The lights were left on full brightness, shining in our eyes, and there was no calming music- leaving the background noise to be my therapists grumbling stomach, and my husbands therapists animal like grunting. Overall, not a relaxing experience and left feeling worse than when I came in. Would not come here again, but grateful that we used a gift card and not our own money.

Quiet and cozy. Full service. Great therapists. Adding new. Each time I go I find myself more and more impressed. My massage therapist is fantastic and is fun to chat with. Not pushy about other services and in tune with the things I need/want from a massage.

Horrible. I got two gift cards for my sister and her boyfriend. The front desk said the gift cards were too old to completely cover the cost and made them pay. I literally got the gift cards in June. When I called them, the lady refused to give me a refund and told me to call Corporate and wouldnt even give me the number to call! I ended up finally finding number on Google and they informed me I had to write an email. I wrote them an email, and THEY emailed me back saying I had to call my local Massage Envy! Ridiculous. Unprofessional to the highest degree. I will never associate with or recommend Massage Envy to anyone. Ever. If there was an option to give zero stars, this is the place I would do it...And for the record. Their reply to reviews is a hoax. They just post that to make it look like they care to the people reading the reviews.

I had a gift certificate to this place. I called to set an appointment and the lady told me the appt. time. I showed up at my appt. time...but when I got there they had me fill out questions on an IPAD and then I had to find my gift card (this took about fifteen minutes). Then the lady brought me to the back and as I was going into the room they stated Since I was already into my hour they will try to just focus on one area. I was bummed as I thought I could be seen right away but all in all I paid $70 for a 40 min massage! I was sad about this because I have not had a massage forever and was really looking forward to it. I couldnt even cancel it since they told me I HAD to place a card on file and if I cancelled I didnt get my money back! I understand time is money but I dont think that was fair at all. This was frustrating but the only good thing was they were polite and the pressure of massage was right. other than that the financial part really brought down the experience. I wanted to cancel and request my money back so I can redo this odd scenario. I just wish I couldve done this all different. so unpleasant. it was odd still paying for full price and only getting half service. very uncomfortable to even think about.

I had a bad experience here 5 years ago but decided to go back today. The girls at the front were polite and professional. The therapist I had was a woman named Kat. She was amazing! The neck pain Ive had for months is almost gone, in just that one session. Ill definitely be going back.I only rated 5 stars because it wont let me give 10. I highly recommend Kat!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Richard at your front desk. We had a client want their entire history printed with receipts for each transaction as well. This was a lot of work on his part and he was super friendly the entire time. He even called back to check in with us to see if we got everything taken care of for her. He was excellent and definitely deserves some praise :)

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! This place is a scam and the lady working the desk is absolutely useless. Bought a $50 gift card and was told I needed to pay $100 for a 1 hour massage because Im not a member. This was never discussed when they took my $50 in the first place. Why the hell would I buy half a massage! They want $65 per month for a massage, plus your $50. By the way, they pulled this garbage on Veterans day weekend and I am a multi combat tour vet. Basically they are unamerican commies. Screw this place!!!!!!

Love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different therapist and provide great customer service. This helps when needing to find the right therapist for your comfort level. If you need light or deep massage they point you in the right direction. Been a member almost two years.

Ive never had a massage before going here, so I didnt know what to expect. I was warmly welcomed, and given a tour of the place, which I thought was pretty neat. The massage itself was fantastic! I will definitely go again!

Love this place. Clean comfortable and the therapist know what you like and make your visit as comfortable as possible. I have enjoyed every one of my massages and always look forward to the next. Not at all like their other Puyallup facility.

I am a member from Colorado - leaving the comfort zone of my local Message Envy (and known therapist) made me a little apprehensive. I like a deep tissue message and having many messages in the past i know getting a good message is hit or miss. I went ahead and made the appointment asking for a deep tissue message hoping i would at least get a good message. I was assigned to Liz as a therapist and consider myself very lucky! She was awesome! I know deep tissue is harder for the therapist and requires more effort - She worked very hard and left feeling like i received more than my moneys worth - with is a rare feeling for me after a message. Great job Liz! thanks again.

Wonderful experience

Ive been to a few Massage Envys in a few different states but the therapists here take the cake. Erik, Hong, and Tessa are the therapists my husband and I see regularly. Theres usually enough availabilities that I can get an appointment even with short notice. Everything is clean and relaxing. I have a membership, which is the only way I could afford to get a massage there so regularly. I admit that I was a sceptic of the benefits of regular massage therapy until I started the membership. Well worth it! Thanks guys!

Things that this specific massage envy needs to work on1. Getting therapists that dont check their phones while in the middle of a massage session.2. if someone wants to put their account on hold to catch up using their sessions that they have already paid for, DONT CHARGE THEM $20 to be able to utilize their massage credits..THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL! If I didnt pay the $20, I was banned from using them for a full month. I have two jobs and find it really hard to get in. So it should be my right if I have already PAID for my sessions, that I shouldnt have to pay even more to use them AFTER your already PRICE INCREASE for services I DONT FREAKING USE! Ill never be back again.If you want to be scammed, by all means..go here!!!! They are a real winner for sucking in your money and you get NOTHING in return. Not even a full hour massage!!! $70 is so not worth their services.

Im so happy I came back today a second time this time I brought my husband with me we each had a one hour full body massage my husband had Erik and I had Hallie my husband was very satisfied with his massage he couldnt stop thanking me for bringing him in he said Erik did an amazing job also made sure to make my husband feel very comfortable he definitely will come back again and request Erik for myself I absolutely loved my massage Hallie was very nice and professional she also did a great job thank you for our massages
