The prices arent bad but they are always busy and you have to be on wait from 40 to 50 mins to get picked up

I have called this company on three separate occasions now. All three times they could or would not provide a taxi to the Puyallup area in a reasonable amount of time. This last time i called 3 hours in advance and made an appointment for a taxi, and they still would not provide one at the time and place scheduled.Not sure if this is even a business.

They need to have the name Puyallup removed from this business. Every time Ive called them they say they dont have anything in the area and it would be over an hour and then hang up on me. Ive called them from both downtown and now on South hill. I dont know why they have Puyallup in the name of their business when I told him I was on meridian and they asked if that was in Tacoma.

I was trying to help out a fellow commuter get from Sumner to his home after coming off the train. I called the number and was told by the individual who answered that no taxi service was available in Puyallup for 2 hours. No explanation. No suggestions of other services. The guy had to walk home. Whats the point of a cab service?

They never called back it wasaonline prompt and absolutely never received any contact...extremely dissturbing....i was outsid3 a closed store 3 hours and not just this cab company others as well stated 2 hrs ABASICALLY NO CABS IN FEDERAL WAY AFTER 10 PM FRIDAY NYTS????

I give puyallup king cab taxi 5 stars for many reasons, but here is the jist of my expedience. I had a Verry friendly driver and the price i paid was cheaper than uber or lyft. On top of that my driver was 100 times more professional than any uber or lyft driver i have ever had. I didnt have to question the cleanliness of the random persons car i wad getting in. And i didnt have to wonder if my driver was going to be 100% safe to be in a vehicle with, or weather or not the vehicle i was riding in was 100% safe to be on the road. I have had some more than unquestionably sketchy uber and lyft rides. It saddened me to hear that my driver was barely scraping by because of uber and lyft taking up all of his buisness. I honestly preferred the taxi ride i got compared to any uber or lyft ride i have ever gotten. Plus its the only way to get a ride and pay cash. because apparently uber and lyft dont accept the most widely used form of currency on the planet. So im giving 5 stars and recommending anyone who reads this, lets put money back into the pockets of people who are working for it. Not into the pockets of businesses owners, who over charge, and under pay there employees. And obviously dont care about customer satisfaction at all. Any company who will make you pay $20 to ship your phone back to you when the car you forgot it in is a couple blocks away from where you were dropped off is obviously money hungry. So in conclusion, Puyallup king cab taxi is leaps and bounds better than uber or lyft. so why would you choose mediocrity over greatness?

This is the only cab company around I called a number that said puyallup cab and they never have any cabs in Puyallup its really false advertising the guy on the 9hone is rude and super unprofessional he latterly just says no and what do u not 7nderstand about no like what kind of customer service is that if you call the other cab company the same guy answers the phone or hangs up on you worst cab company ever

My truck broke down along the I5, called to pick me up to get parts and was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Phoned back after 45 minutes to ask where they were and same dispatcher told me there was no booking under my name and that they don’t pick up along the I5z

I called at 1640 and they said theyd be there in 20 to 25 minutes. I called at 1715 and they said that it would be an additional 20 to 25 minutes. They never showed up.

Doesnt show up when supposed to. Yeah its during the work week but if u say your going to be here at a certain time, give or take, just not an hour late or never. Thanks puyallup taxi!

Im new to Puyallup and traveled here by taxi from a different place. After the fair I called for a taxi to get to my hotel and unfortunately not knowing where I was, since I was new to the place, I tried giving him an address. In a rude tone he said okay you have not been paying attention, so I cant help you. Take care. And then hung up on me. Never would recommend them ever.

First driver was a no show. Called dispatch. The dispatcher quickly got a second driver out fairly quickly. Thanks dispatcher. Second driver very nice.

They need a lot of work. First, ALL employees have a problem with the English language. Usually I have no problem in this department. Also they could not keep pickups straight. I cancelled one ride and the poor driver showed up anyway. BIG communication problem with him. Its a good thing this was not an important appointment

Driver was suppose to be here in 20 minutes from my call. Over an hour passed, and he never showed. I called 4 times, and never got a call back from the driver after speaking with 2 different individuals. When I called and cancel the person didn’t even know what time my driver was supposed to be there. This is why lyft and Uber are fat much better when available. They really need to work on they’re business.

Car broke down on 512 on the way to work. Called these folks for a taxi. 45 minutes goes bye I call the driver and he said oh you broke down in the fast lane its to dangerous for me to pick you up. I said well why didnt you call me I could walked across the street. Lying ass said well I told dispatch to call you. Dont even bother with these fools.

Refused to pick me up, I have a small serving dog and they refused to give me a ride.

Was supposed to be picked at Good Sam Hosipital and taken to my Drs office. Nurse called told 30 minutes. 4 calls and 2 hours still waiting. Had nurse call,, dispatcher said they still had not dispatched my cab. Had nurse call another cab company. For a company that has contract w/hospital this is terrible service.sa

If I could give zero stars I would, left my wife and I hanging for 1 hour last night and kept on telling us someone would show up in 10 min. 90 min later we downloaded the Uber app and had someone at us in less than 10 including the app download.

Called for a cab and they asking for E.R. phone number, I ask why they said to much sure I was thers.. I was admitted, all they did was judge other people for stupid people B.S.

My car was just rear ended by a taxi from this company in a hit and run accident. the car was blue and orange from tacoma. this is the only blue and orange taxi company from tacoma so i am sure it was these guys. the driver was african, about 56, 160lbs, round face with a mustache. the accident happened in seattle on martin luther king jr way s and s alaska st. i also filed a police report.

Terrible customer service, i canceled my cab after 5 phone calls and no taxi
