I work for a guardianship and needed transportation for a client and myself (as an escort) to a scheduled appt. With Pegasus Lifts, we received wonderful and efficient service! Our driver arrived right on time, secured our client (who is elderly) gently and securely, while speaking kindly to her, and gave us a safe ride. Thank you for a great ride!

My mom and her friend were left stranded by a taxi service at the fair, they canceled their trip for no reason. They are handicapped and no bus runs late at night to Renton. The police helped them and were able to get Pegasus Lifts to help them get back home.

The driver was incredibly nice and caring, but every other aspect of the company is absolute garbage. Rides an hour and a half apart were scheduled for a 20 minute appointment for a patient who is in pain in their transport wheelchair. When I tried to ask if there would be a way to avoid that confusion in the future, the dispatch person hung up on me mid question. Dispatch also ignored three of my calls and took 20 minutes to call back. I get that they are busy, but again they are transporting people in delicate and time sensitive medical situations.Some of us are stuck with this incompetent company, but if you have ANY OTHER OPTION, do that for your loved ones.

Exceptional business. I called to arrange transportation for a family member and had all of my questions answered in a professional and timely manner. Brandy and Rebecca were amazing in answering the delicate questions I had reguarding transportation of my loved one who is on hospice. It was reassuring knowing that they repeat the trip back once entered as well as confirmation the day before transportation. I was also given the option to have a text message with the trip information so I can view where our ride is on the day of transport. Stellar service. We will definitely be using Pegasus for all of our future transportation needs.

This morning I had one of the best rides Ive had yet from Gig Harbor to the University of Washington Medical Center with Pegasus Lifts. Not only was he on time but in a rushed and tense situation he was patient helpful and more than courteous. We had a great conversation on the way over and on the way back he was quiet and I slept all the way back. I strongly suggest you call Pegasus Lifts and definitely ask for Chin.

How interesting that this company will respond to positive reviews, but ignore negative ones. Instead of addressing an issue, they will circumvent any interaction with the affected family and simply tell the nursing facility that they will no longer transport a patient. Thank you Pegasus Lifts, for adding yet another layer of stress to a traumatic time for my family.

Always on time, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile. They have become family during this process and truly care about the wellbeing of their clients. What a wonderful evening we had. It was in part to the company and driver of peagus lifts. My mom has dementia and it was her bday. We set up a small event at her favorite restaurant. One of the company’s employees (Kalene) suggested we call and make a ride. They were helpful on the phone. Detailing all that was involved. Kathryn the driver was prompt and friendly. Very careful of mom and always concerned about her comfort. Quick ride to and from the restaurant. Having it on a Saturday night you would think they wouldn’t be accommodating but they were and happy to do it. I look forward working with them again. Pegasus Lifts is my go to for when I cannot take my grandma to her doctor appointments. They are safe and reliable. My grandma really enjoys riding with the driver Christopher. He is respectful and kind. I would recommend Pagasus to anyone.
