Great staff. Always professional, responsive and proactive, keeping us informed of conditions and possible pests to look out for in our area and climate. Love that they notify us when they will be coming and what they will be doing to make sure we don’t have a conflict and also gives us an opportunity to ask questions and request additional service.

We started seeing small ants inside the house. We had never seen that before. We called Problem Solved. They came to the house the next day and told us they were called ghost ants, very small ants. He was at the house less than 1/2 hour, put out traps all around the house, inside and outside, and explained everything to us. Within a few days, they were mostly gone, a few days more and we havent seen them again. Fast, efficient and successful, what more do you want. Plus no odors to deal with.

They returned my call within an hour. Their service manager came right out to give an estimate and their prices are reasonable. I am pleased with the results, I have no more bugs!! I will continue use this service.

Mostly I really like the courtesy and knowledge of your employees. They always call before they come. They always explain what they will be doing and why. They work effeciently and appear to be enjoyng there job. When I have a question they are very enthusiastic in answering and giving in depth information. It is just nice to see young people so good at what they do. As far as the office staff. I called them a couple of times about adding a service and they are also very courteous, effecient and get back to me quickly with the information i wanted. Last but not least, I love their billing system. The next day I have an email telling me what they did and the price. and then a follow up email of all the services they did from the beginning of the year, dates, costs and payments. It makes it so easy to keep my records.

We had tiny ants inside our house, and lots of ants on the pavers around our pool. The ants were digging up the sand around the pavers and it was very annoying. After one treatment all the ants are gone and haven’t returned. We are very pleased with the results and service from Problem Solved Pest Control. They even made a follow up call to see if we were satisfied with their service. I definitely recommend this company. These guys are awesome. Live in Ranchettes and have terrible ants. Everyone is so nice and definitely know the business. Came out right away. Prices are very good and it is a local, family owned business which we always support. We were referred to them by SEVERAL people here who said that they were the best. They are!!! Problem Solved has missed a re-treat of the lawn and then skipped the next complete service interval. I have to continually call the office in order for them to come and treat my lawn. The lawn now looks TERRIBLE and our dog has fleas.....as of today Problem Solved is five weeks behind on the treatment that I should have received around March 15th.....it is now April 21, 2021.

We had all kinds of tiny ants and other types of insects. called them and came out immediately. They sprayed inside and outside. after abt 2 weeks, bugs and ants are gone! theyre also taking care of lawn. The grass has NEVER looked better! We hired them to just treat the lawn and we have already seen some improvement. Now we have them for all our pest control. The first visit they were brushing off our pool cage screens. Probably treated for insects and the screens are so clean!! Did not expect that. We were told to put bleach down drains/now rid of the pesky little bugs. Look forward to a pest free home. Ive been using Problem Solved for a couple of years now to take care of of my shrubs as well as interior pest control. While you will always have bugs, insects, and problems here in S Fl, Problem Solved always comes out promptly to address any concerns. This is on top of their regular service and never costs me a dime. Their service is top notch and they truly have a customer first approach. Great service, and awesome customer service. We’ve used Problem Solved for over a year now and the service has been outstanding. They promptly respond to any issues or concerns. We have been very pleased with the pest prevention and lawn care. We also appreciate their recognition of American Veterans.

Prepaid for service through the end of 2019. They completed first service in May which they were to do a follow up two weeks later and never treated again. They sent 2 managers out who both saw the weeds in my lawn, but no one showed up to spray. I was told that they sprayed back in June, but no one appeared on my front or rear Ring cameras (which record all motion) and there was no sign posted. When I called the office they stated that it is the only truck without GPS tracking. When I asked for a refund and they shorted me $68, stating that there is a $20 early termination fee (which is not stated in the terms and conditions as required by contract law) and they were charging the $48 for the 1st treatment that did absolutely nothing due to their failure to follow up 2 weeks later. I also used them for another property for interior bug spray and called 2 weeks later advising that there were still bugs. They returned and handed me ant bait and did not spray. I called again 2 weeks later and they said they would only charge me $60 to retreat as it was now over 30 days. Bad business, do not recommend!

Immediate results! Grass was greener and healthier after the first treatment. They do what they say they will do. Its good to find a company that performs to its word.

I have used Problem Solved for more than a year (service for my plantings) and they treat every other month and notify me when they have visited. Recently I had concerns about my bottle palm and they applied palm fertilizer. They are easy to communicate with and helpful and give educational information when I ask.

Great professional service and knowledgeable technicians. I had a concern re some brown areas and possible grub infestation. They spent a considerable amount of time and effort trying to understand the issue, they looked at water coverage by sprinklers, they showed me how the existing grass was not easily pulled out, and then proceeded to do the pest control, weed control and fertilization. They were sensitive to my dogs, and wanted them inside to prevent them. From inhaling the fumes. They then wiped down the pool cage with a pesticide. I have had a similar service with Arrow, and their service was nothing like this.

I recently fired this company as I found they were not spraying my shrubs and as a result I was forced to throw out over $200 in shrubs.They were completely overrun with bugs.This was exactly three weeks after they charged me $55 for services to keep the shrubs free of bugs.I only found this out after the landscaper for our development noticed it.I never would have known.Do not trust this company as past complaints were met with a manager will be right out to check I have security cameras and no one ever showed up.John Fleming

Terrible lawn service, but their customer service is worse. I used Problem Solved from April of last year until January of 2019. My lawn, trees and shrubs never looked good and I had the manager out several times. By January, I was ready to replace them, but gave them one more chance., Eric, a manager, came out on Jan. 23rd and agreed that the yard did not look good and said he would send someone out for a free treatment. When no-one showed up by early Feb., I called them and terminated their service. Out of the blue, they show up on Feb. 4th for the free treatment, then they billed me $111.00 for that free treatment. For 3 months now, I have been calling to talk to Eric and most recently Joel Traub, the President. No-one calls me back. I get a bill every week and I call every other week. Steer clear of these folks, they are hard to deal with and they are more expensive than Frontline.

We are new customers of Problem Solved Pest Control. The first treatment the lawn turn a brighter shade of green. Three week after first treatment the customer service representative came to inspect the lawn, and retreated a couple miner spots. This company takes pride in their lawn care.

By far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Worked here for one year and got fired for no reason. I was wrongfully terminated with no notice, no violations or warnings. The management is very unprofessional and the owner is extremely two faced, also my work schedule was nothing like I was told it would be during the interview. Promotions are little to non existent (stay away!!!!!)

Did not do well for me. We are snow birds and entrusted Problem Solved with treating our lawn and home. We had an ant problem in the main bath which was treated with traps. It was an extra charge over the maintenance plan. Not sure why. It did not work. A $5.00 trip to Home Depot for ant bait and they are now gone. I paid for grub treatment and recently pulled up some weeks and plants to find a lot of very healthy grubs and roaches. The treatments and maintenance they performed did not work for me and it is expensive so I cancelled. I emailed them to tell them of the grubs found and received no response.
